This store has always been prompt, friendly, clean, and on the rate occasion they have made a mistake, they corrected it with no questikns asked. I have been ordering from this store for all last 5 years with only two issues. Both times were incorrect pizzas handed off to me. Both times, they caught their mistake before handing of the pizza, made it right with very little extra time waited. They have been my first choice when I want pizza because they are amazing.
They close early even though my food was already ordered and ignored me at the door and the window. 10/10 don’t recommend. Didn’t even get my order or refund.

I ordered delivery and got the wrong pizza. When we called all they wanted to do was give me a coupon. They wouldn’t send out a new pizza so I told them I wanted my tip back and they hung up on me twice (once was the manager). After getting hung up on twice, I drove to the store to get a refund and he tried denying that they hung up on me and was super rude. Very poor customer service. Do not recommend them.

This is one of my favorite Domino's in the Valley. I always get a pepperoni hand-made pan with light sauce. They always get it right, perfectly cooked as well.

We have tried a variety of menu items at this location in Smithfield and have been happy with the quality and value. We like using the Dominos app with the Dominos rewards program and have used both the drive thru pick up on our way home and delivery for when we just want to stay home. The Dominos team in Smithfield is A+.
