Last night we ordered some Chicken Noodle Soup, pumpkin chocolate bread, and even more bread... Everything was delicious, and I was really impressed with the chicken noodle soup is was the perfect balance of chicken, noodle, and vegetables. Thanks Old Grist Mill for a good meal.

I’m so sick of getting sloppy mushy sandwhiches from this place. Might as well soak the bread in water, with a slice of meat you can’t taste. They don’t care about quality here just throw it together as fast as they can even when it’s not busy.

I am sad to put such a negative review because their food is always good. However on Saturday we had takeout. There was just kids out front. I had French dip and my son and hubby had sandwiches. My sons sandwich was in my back with aju sauce. His sandwich was soggy cause t he juice had spilled all over. My sandwich had a ton of meat on 1 side and nothing on the other side. We were in a hurry so we didn't go back. I wasn't going to put a review but if it was my business I would want to know. Also the tables were sticky.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak. The bread wasn't toasted. The onions and peppers weren't really grilled. More so just heated up. The employees were nice. The value for quality of food was meh. Felt more like deli food.

I want to start by saying, all the food we had here was good-very good so far. The locally available items such as jams, honeys, and breads- amazing… the service however was not so great. There were 4 young girls in there, without an adult, none of them could have been over 18. The cashier was polite and doing her best but the other girls seemed annoyed they were being disturbed from their conversation to make coffee or get my food order. One of them was giving the other girls serious attitude the whole time. A group of gentleman came in behind me and were also getting very frustrated at the service. I received my large coffee in a soda cup, which was a first ever. I liked what this place offered, I just think there definitely needs to be an adult present because the young adults are not yet trained on proper service and they are not learning anything without someone supervising them.

I love Old Grist Mill!
There are make your own sandwiches. With or without a combo. They have a sandwich menu if you don’t want to make your own. I love going here because you get a lot of bank for your buck. Big sandwiches for a really good price. I think their sandwiches come with a cookie, but if not, get the oatmeal chocolate chip one. It’s delicious!!
One last thing. It comes in a brown paper sack (for to go orders) and that just makes it feel like you’re going on a field trip.

Tried this Grist Mill for lunch today and it was very good. The staff were good to work with, and our food came quick. They really pilled on the toppings. Everything was clean, especially the restrooms.

I have been going here since the restaurant opened. Usually, I'm looking for one certain item. 40-50% of the time, they are out of it by the time I get there, so I end up turning around and walking back out the door. I've learned to try and go before 11am. Today, they were out before 10:15. Last week, I decided to add a cookie to my order, but they were out of their two main kinds before 11:30. I realize that bakeries will eventually run out of things so that they have fresh items each day. However, the restaurant is open until 6pm, and it seems like they should be able to serve things through lunch, at least. The fact that they are consistently running out of the same things so early in the day and haven't done anything to increase their supply to meet the demand is ridiculous and very poor business. If there was somewhere else I could easily go to get what I want, I would.

Me and my family go down to Logan every year to buy stuff in bulk, but we struggle to find really good places to eat. Luckily, we spotted this little shop and decided to try it out. We're definitely coming back! We got Rubens and even tho they were out of rye, they were SO GOOD! Excited to try the rye next time
