Came in close to closing, what I wanted was out of stock for the day. But the last guy here, Trey(?), helped me get it figured out and satisfy the late pizza craving. Good food. But great customer service and excellent satisfaction.

Ordered a pizza with 2 toppings, got it with 1 topping. I paid $2 extra for the 2nd topping. Not only did I not get the pizza I wanted they wouldn't give me back the $2 and my pizza is now cold because they had to figure out what to do. The best they could do was give me a $5 credit towards a future order, which I probably won't use.

I will never order Pizza Hut again! I would provide zero stars if I could. What happened to the cheese sticks. They are crusty bread without flavor and dry cheese. Not sure what's changed but pizza hut has plummeted. YUK!

Tried ordering online for carry out, wouldn’t let me pay at store cause the order was over $50. So I send my husband in and he orders total was $95 and he gets a $100 out to pay and they say they don’t except hundreds??? What the actual hell. That’s almost the total. So my husband has to go find some where to break the $100 just to go back and give the 5 twenty dollar bills just to get $5 back. Honestly stupidest thing I’ve ever heard of. I called and asked the manger working if they really don’t take a hundred dollar bill on a $95 order, he said they do, well after running around for almost an hour to get change order and wait for it, I can say educate your employees a little better. So dumb, next time we won’t be ordering from you guys.

Ordered carry out on app. Showed up about 20 minutes later, app said order was ready…..That was a lie. Man they are slow.

I ordered delivery by phone for $160 order. We waited for over an hour and received no calls concerning the order. When I called to check on it, the automated system informed me that my order had been canceled. I checked my bank account, which showed the full charge pending with no refund. I tried calling several times both the night of and the next day... my calls were dropped. I did finally get ahold of someone who did apologize, saying I should have received a call, but who informed me that I still have to wait for my refund if there is one. Ruined our night...and still waiting for my money back. Apologies are not enough.

Tony ‘Pepperoni’ is probably the best thing that’s happened to the Smithfield Pizza Hut. Always willing to help and makes sure orders are right. He also has some of the best customer service in Cache Valley. If you ever need good customer service and great pizza, make sure you go here cause this place is great!

I would rather give no stars. The Smithfield location is horrible. I ordered a large stuff crust supreme and cheese sticks when delivered a hour later by door dash and the pizza was not stuff crust and cold, cheese sticks we're fine. I called and the guy said I could get a credit or remade I choose remade he even offered to deliver himself. After a hour no word on the new pizza so I called back and got a new guy who said he knew nothing of previous conversation but offered to remake and send via door dash. This one did show up made correctly and a little warmer but sill delivered by door dash. I will not use pizza hut again especially if coming from that store. Not the first time I have had issues and it's clear it is a reoccurring problem not just an off day.
