Business is ran by clowns who are homophobic, racist POS. Pizza is cardboard at best & topped with pre packaged garbage. Overpriced & low quality food & low quality service.

We just popped in for the dough, today. I love that we can buy cooked pizza or their amazing dough.

Food was pretty good, pizza toppings were minimal. Service was great. Atmosphere was lacking. Kinda grimy, lots of flies inside, and didn't have high chairs.

Pizza average at best. Step above Dominos. Owner appears to have a chip on his shoulder. I have eaten at many Pizzerias and this establishment is lacking. Overall a decent generic Pizza for a small town. Portnoy would never waste his time here, Guaranteed a 6.1 at best.

I love your pizza! It's my favorite in the valley and I love having something here in Smithfield! However it's always SO hot inside. I don't always want to get food and go back to my house, it would be really nice if I could sit inside and enjoy my food. I really wish this could be fixed. Thanks for the amazing food though!

Bread sticks were pretty good. The rest of the food was extremely salty. I could not finish my pasta. The employees were fighting with each other while they were making are food. Also there needs to be a soda machine

I personally have not been at this establishment but I watch y'all on YouTube and really enjoy the peace it gives me and much respect to everyone including the guy I see all the time making and serving pizza himself much respect that takes dedication.

I grew up in Preston and lived off of Pizza stop for our lunch break during school. Things have only gotten better since then! Such a great spot to stop for Pizza. The hogs n honey pizza is the best! Love this new location in Smithfield.

8/10/24 Edit: The pizza was SO much better! The salad was really good too. There were more people working and they all were very nice and conscientious of their customers. The sauce on the pizza was great and the cheese was perfect. My husband and I are not fans of the crust because of the taste, but that is a personal preference and it was MUCH better than last time. A few pieces of pepperoni were more crispy than the kids would have liked, but otherwise it was delicious and everyone had seconds. I would definitely eat pizza from here again.

Edit: The owner reached out and offered to replace the meal since it didn't leave a great impression. He was so nice and willing to look into the matter. That is why I am bumping up the service to a 5 star. And the overall stars to a 3. I will update again after we have tried it.

The pizza was burned! I would not recommend going here. I have been told that at other times the pizza is good, however this was my first experience and it was not good. The salad was good though not the main part of our meal.
I bought a pepperoni pizza and salad here a couple of weeks ago. When I ordered they wouldn't accept a credit card over the phone, which wasn't a big deal, but seemed odd. It also made it impossible for me to send someone else to pick it up.
They said it would be done in 5 mins. It took me about 10 mins to get there. I paid for the pizza and salad and even tipped them because they looked like young kids and I wanted to be nice. I got the pizza home and found that the entire underside was burned. I mean black and burned. The salad was very good though!
The restaurant looked nice enough and the employees were nice. It was definitely not what I paid for though. I would have taken it back except that I was feeding myself and my sisters kids and they were all so hungry that we ate it anyway. I think I would rather go somewhere else for quality and price.

Our first time. Food tasted fine, but when I sat down and looked around, and before I read any reviews, I got the impression this place may be a candidate for Gordon Ramsay's "Nightmare Kitchen."
It bothered me to see equipment on the counter recording employees in the cooking area for a YouTube channel. I hope employees are signing a waiver to have their likeness used for the benefit and profit of the business.
It baffles me why this place doesn't have air conditioning. Temporary solution, as mentioned by the owner in review comments, wasn't felt. An employee told me they left one day due to heat exhaustion. Despite a door wide open, the mostly window walls gave off a strong greenhouse effect.
It bothered me to not see employees using food handling gloves.
Customers kept coming in saying their phones were not working. That every time they would call to place an order it went straight to voicemail.
The hornet flying around in the window next to us made it hard for us to eat.
All in all, I wouldn't recommend dining in. Also, make sure proper food handling is happening with your food. The teenage workers were all cordial but obviously unsupervised.
FYI, if you're celiac and asking for gluten free, all pizzas are made in the same area and cooked in the same oven. My celiac friends would get very ill if they are from this kitchen.

Pizza was baked very well done. Dined in and no AC. Other places in the area better!
