I went there for breakfast and ordered the chicken bacon maple sandwich, and they forgot the bacon. I didn’t think much of it, but I went there again a week or so later and ordered a biggie bag, and they forgot the fries! It seems that quality of service is going down hill.

Best Wendy's in the Valley!
It's really worth driving the extra mile to the Smithfield location. The food was delicious, especially the Daves triple. I received all the items ordered, plenty of Sauces, the restaurant is always clean, the order was ready when I arrived and the Service was nice with a smile.
I'll be back for sure!

The food is good just don't go around lunch time 11am to 1pm lol it's a nice place outside of those times no pong wait times, plenty of places to sit and the workers are friendly aswell and even offer some comedy and if you go often enough they'll even remember your name and regular order?? there's also usually plenty of parking

Food is always good and affordable. Employee today was new, AND AMAZING!!! you could tell she was uncomfortable, but knew who to get help from. Service was friendly. Food came out quickly and correct.

Not sure what happened to this place, it was our favorite Wendy’s, we usually hit it on our way out of town to go camping! I’ve had food with hair in it, rotten salad, the burgers taste like they have been sitting in a warmer for hours and the buns are always stale! The jr bacon has been my favorite since I was a kid! Not to mention this place is filled with super annoying highschool kids that act like preschoolers, do not go here during lunch if you want a chill place to eat on work lunch! This isn’t a couple of visits, it’s over 10+ plus since I started working Smithfield about a year ago!
