Terrible service. Chick with braces needs to clean up and be more polite to customers. Management needs to step up. I asked for hot sauce and of none. Quit making excuses and actually make it happen

I stopped by this Wendy’s around 2:30 p.m. on August 26th. Honestly, I came out of convenience, even though I know better by now, because the service at this location is almost always a gamble. Still, I figured being earlier in the day, I’d get a fair shot at a decent experience. Instead, I paid $21 and got one of the worst ones yet.
I ordered two sandwiches and was only handed one. The one I got was obviously hours old—the mayo had started to turn clear, and the only part that was remotely warm was the bottom bun. From my own time working in fast food, I know exactly what that means: it had been sitting under a heat lamp way too long. It was disgusting, and honestly unsafe.
I showed it to the shift manager and told her this could seriously make someone sick. Her response? She shrugged, said “sorry,” and shut the window in my face. That was it. No effort to make it right, no concern at all.
I don’t expect perfection—I worked in fast food myself, and I know what it’s like behind the counter. But this wasn’t just a mistake. This was negligence. If I had eaten that sandwich, I could have ended up in the hospital. Imagine if it had been someone’s grandmother or someone with a weak immune system. That’s not just bad service—that’s dangerous.
At this point, I don’t understand how this location is still operating with how consistently careless the food and service are. I’ll be reporting this to health and safety, because people deserve better than to be served spoiled food with zero accountability.

Tried to come here at 10 and it was closed even though the sign said they closed at 12. I've liked the food here and I usually come here after work but I was disappointed.

Love Wendy's. Food is amazing 🤩🤤. Trying something new 😀. Forgot a straw for the drink but everything is always so good and satisfying ❤️😊😊

The food is average for fast food. They got both of our orders wrong but we're willing to correct them.

For some reason this Wendy’s in Smithfield has a hard time getting drive through orders right. I don’t know how many times they have messed up on my drive through order. Either they don’t put everything in that was ordered or they give you completely the wrong thing. I have finally had enough. Today I ordered a saucy nugget with buffalo sauce with ranch on the side. Instead they decide to give me spicy nuggs with bbq sauce 🤷♂️. I don’t know how that can get mixed up.
Don't even bother, manager is power tripping. Will be complaining to corporate for their unprofessional behavior, all recorded on camera. Three quality here has gone down the past two months.

Dirty looking, soda machine is empty of half the choices (all the good ones), overall weird vibes. 3 stars cause they did give us a good lettuce wrap
I have had multiple issues with this location getting my order wrong. I always ask for no cheese on my burgers and half of the time they’ll put cheese. Everything else is great but double check you’re order is correct before leaving

I really wish they would get a steak, egg and cheese bagel. They have always got my order correct, never a problem and McDonald's can't ever get orders right
