For some reason this Wendy’s in Smithfield has a hard time getting drive through orders right. I don’t know how many times they have messed up on my drive through order. Either they don’t put everything in that was ordered or they give you completely the wrong thing. I have finally had enough. Today I ordered a saucy nugget with buffalo sauce with ranch on the side. Instead they decide to give me spicy nuggs with bbq sauce 🤷♂️. I don’t know how that can get mixed up.

Don't even bother, manager is power tripping. Will be complaining to corporate for their unprofessional behavior, all recorded on camera. Three quality here has gone down the past two months.

I have had multiple issues with this location getting my order wrong. I always ask for no cheese on my burgers and half of the time they’ll put cheese. Everything else is great but double check you’re order is correct before leaving

I really wish they would get a steak, egg and cheese bagel. They have always got my order correct, never a problem and McDonald's can't ever get orders right

Ordered a 10 piece spicy nuggets and they gave me a 6 piece. I would've taken it back but it was to go and I ate at home, saw the 6 piece container and figured there would be another in the bag but nope. Got 3 ghost pepper ranches to go with it and only went through 1. Disappointed but i used the Wendy's app to order and it gave me enough points for a free 4 piece.

I have found this Wendy's to be pretty solid and consistent. I've only had them mess up my order once. The food is usually pretty good and fairly cheap if you order the right things or take advantage of their deals and digital coupons.
I've had issues over the years with them running out of a lot of drinks in their one machine, especially Dr. Pepper. Sometimes the dining area can be quite dirty or cluttered. Otherwise it's usually a weekly stop for lunch at some point.

Definitely the cleanest and most well kept Wendy’s in the valley. Service was fast and reliable. Their card reader was down when I went in, but they still accepted cash and I just used the app. If you like Wendy’s this is the one to go to!
