After having such bad luck at the Cafe Rio in Farmington, I thought I'd give this place a try on November 5th for dinner. I ordered from the kiosk and then was called up to be told they were out of sauce and asked if that was okay. I said no and wanted a refund. I was then told they can't do a refund for a card and I can call corporate and figure it out myself. I don't know who the manager was, but she was completely useless. Definitely a place to avoid!

Update: sent an email based on the response given here and sent a message through the website. No one ever got back to me. Worthless company.

Extremely dry chicken. And the house dressing was so spicy I could barely eat it. Overall inedible. How does this place qualify to carry the company name??

every time i come here the order is wrong, the workers don't act like they care if it's right they just put in anything

I ordered the salad and they gave me 10 pieces of lettuce with very small servings of filling. I hate having to order on a computer screen also. You can't see them making you food or make sure they give you what you ordered. I won't be going back.

I go Cafe Rios all the time. This one had every single table dirty 8 with food, and every employee standing around doing nothing. We were the only ones in the restaurant.

I love Cafe Rio. However, without a doubt, my order is always messed up or missing something. It doesn't matter if I have it delivered or physically pick it up, something is ALWAYS wrong. Missed drinks, sauces/extra toppings (charged extra for btw), desserts, etc. When I call or walk back up, the employees seem confused or annoyed depending on who it is. It's unfortunate because this location is so convenient for us.

Definitely not a fan of the “only kiosk ordering” setup. Otherwise it was as expected.

It’s Cafe Rio it all taste the same pros to having the same recipe, go to another one. If you want to do all the work to make your order and not receive any help when their order taking machines don’t work and refuse to take three different payment methods it a great experience when not a single person on the staff team welcomes you or helps you when you stand at their in person spot for 5 minutes.
