Do not order ANYTHING from this place ! You will be very fortunate to get it in less than an hour, plan for at least 1 hour and twenty minutes. Then, you will be really fortunate if you get what you ordered !! You can't call them, because they won't answer the phone. I will never buy another thing from this sleazy place.
We ordered $60 worth of food. They delivered the wrong order. With a difference of about $40. We called multiple times that night with no answer and finally decided to drive to the store. The doors were locked and they were closing. Finally a manager came to the door and assured us we would get a refund and a free pizza next time we called. A month later and no refund. Tried multiple times to contact customer service and only got an automated reply saying a case was generated....read full review
THIS LOCATION IS CONSTANTLY UNDER STAFF AND EITHER TAKES 2 HOURS OR MORE TO DELIVER MY ORDER (I LITERALLY LIVE LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AWAY) OR LIKE TONIGHT THE MANAGER LEFT ME A VOICEMAIL CLAIMING THEY HAVE ONE DRIVER AND IS CANCELING MY ORDER LIKE WTF ARE YOU SERIOUS! THIS LOCATION IS A JOKE I WAS SO EXCITED WHEN IT GOT PUT IN SINCE I FINALLY HAD ONE CLOSE ENOUGH TO DELIVER BUT I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT ISSUES WITH THIS LOCATION.
