When I had placed the order, the tracker had said 68-78 minutes. With such a long wait time. I wanted to call ahead and make sure the food was at least nearly ready. Tried calling and was hung up on multiple times. Went to the store and went inside to check what was going on. Talked to a lady at the desk who was fine and professional. My biggest issue was a lady who was working on prepping the pizzas and other food items. Who is visibly watching a tv show on her phone leaned up against the glass. I can understand occasional times when it’s slow and outside of customer view. But with high wait times and customers seeing you on your phone, that’s just unacceptable and COMPLETELY unprofessional.

We made an online order, never updated order, tried to call the phone number associated with the order couldn’t call the store. Then an employee claimed the called to inform us of the delay, did not receive any call. Employee cancelled order with no communication or warning, after going into store employee cussed at us, told us they cancelled our order cause the man on the phone sounded angry.

I ordered at 630, and received a call saying it wouldn't be delivered until 9. At 9 I called and was told another 30-45 minutes. At 10 I tried calling again but no one would answer. Finally at 1030 I got the order. (Claudio) The driver was nice but the pizza was not hot and missing the flavoring on the crust. The recording when you call will hang up on you if you don't press zero at the right time. They sent an email to "make up" for it but I'm sure it's just a free 2 top medium which wouldn't cover what I ordered at all.

I had ordered a delivery to my house and was waiting on it. Went online to check the tracker and discovered it says it was cancelled. It was cancelled without a single email or phone call from the store. The webpage says to call the store to see why the order was cancelled so I tried that and spent over 10 minutes with a ringing line, nobody ever picked up until I decided to hang up. Terrible service. I simply just wanted to call the store to confirm it was cancelled so I can order elsewhere and not have pizza show up at my door from two different places.

I am trying to be fair despite being very upset. I understand the food service industry.
But my pizza arrived. Wrong pizza.
Tried calling to get it fixed. On hold for 15+ minutes.
Drove to the store while on hold.
They have the phones off.
I can almost understand. They are unable to keep up with the orders through the app, website, and walk-ins.
But I waited on hold for over 15 minutes. Just to get fed up drive in for my pizza. Only to find out that the phones are off.
This is becoming more common for all the dominos and not just this location.
The people inside were very apologetic and quick to get it fixed. But the whole system needs to be revamped.

The first time I ordered from this store (delivery) it was very late, but I thought it was a fluke and didn't see the reviews. The second time I went to get pick up late at night, and there was exactly one customer in front of me at the window (lobby was closed) and my order was ready for pick up. Well, what transpired is awe-inspiring.

After 5 minutes of waiting for the car in front of me to do something, I went around to find the lobby was locked and the person inside ignoring me. So I went back to my car. Another 15 minutes pass and still the car in front of me sat still. I went back to the front and starting knocking, but of course was ignored again. So I went back to the car and waited another 10 minutes (30 minutes total). Then the car in front of me just drove off without getting any food and the one worker there just said "this must be your food" and that is it. No apology for not giving my food 30 minutes sooner, no comment on what just happened. He just acted like that was a totally normal occurrence.

Well I get home and all of the food is overcooked and getting cold. What a fantastic experience. Don't go to this location, it's not worth it.

Do not order ANYTHING from this place ! You will be very fortunate to get it in less than an hour, plan for at least 1 hour and twenty minutes. Then, you will be really fortunate if you get what you ordered !! You can't call them, because they won't answer the phone. I will never buy another thing from this sleazy place.

Ordered online for delivery and it automatically went to this location. They don't deliver to my address.. so they canceled my order and didn't call to let me know. Logged in to the tracker to see the status only to see that they had canceled it. When I called then they said they got really busy and didn't have a chance to give me a call to tell me I wasn't in their delivery area. I asked her why it would send my order to that location If I didn't live in their delivery area and she said she didnt know and that was "odd". They had already charged my card and they wouldn't transfer it to another store either. So I ended up having to call and reorder and pay again at the location close to me. I understand things happen but to charge my card, cancel my order, and then say you were "too busy" to call and let me know is ridiculous. Just be sure if you are ordering online you verify what store you are ordering from because it doesn't do it automatically and NO ONE will call you and your card will be charged already.( she did say it "should" refund to the card within a few days) I know I'll be more careful in the future checking those things!

If I could have given a zero, that would be my preference it took the driver 46 minutes to get to me when I am 6 minutes away from their store. The delivery driver was found wandering around the courtyard looking for my apartment when I had explicit, accurate instructions written out. He had excuses like he had 2 other deliveries before mine. And he had no idea where south or east is. Does he have a cell phone? I'm sure he does and I know the app will direct him to my place. My pizza got here, cold, grease soaked into the cardboard so bad that a couple of pieces are stuck to the box. I have no idea where the cheese is. This pizza is just plain disgusting! No excuse Dominos. They definitely need to step up their game! I will not ever order from this store again.

I am a frequent customer but today I ordered a big order and sent my mom whose name is Liz to pick up my order because I’m pregnant and cleaning. They canceled my order and called the cops on my mom because they ASSUMED my mom was a lady name Yolanda (whose apparently banned on the property) using “alias” names. I’m very disappointed in this poor customer service. The cops obviously let her go because she’s not a lady name Yolanda and my daughter got her hopes up because she really wanted pizza.
