Whats the point of being open if you only have three types of donuts??? They arent even the good kind. Its dunkin donuts, so why is there a lack of donuts?? Dont even bother opening your store if youre not gonna have donuts. Do not recommend. The customer service is also really bad. Went to get some donuts and kept getting cut off by whoever was on the other end. Just go to krispy kreme. At least they have more than three types.

the bagels were so tough it took 3 attempts at a bite to get a bite! and the package of creamcheese was so small pretty cheap on the spread! no i wont be back. i can get softer bagels at walmart!

I usually come here in the drive thru during the mornings and they are usually fast and great but today they were very slow, when I got to the menu nobody was answering me or saying anything until 2 mins later then I ordered and I waited in the line which took too mf long in my opinion. I waited 20 mins behind the car that was at the window which should not have took that long for a few drinks and a box of donuts lol do better.

Iv own Ogden Window Tinting across the street. I come here for coffee at the very least 3 days a week. These guys deserve awards for the fastest drive though ever. I swear I’m in and out with a almost perfect coffee every time in about 60 seconds never longer then 2 minutes.

The selection of donuts was limited to three varieties, the problem with the modern day Dunkin is they have gone to a central bakery instead of making the donuts in house which truly hurts the individual outlets as they can't keep up with increases in daily demand and with eventually be their downfall. It probably saves they a few bucks in operational and training expenses but hurts them on the customer service level. The employees are friendly and have no control of the corporate level tomfoolery. It's a shame that an iconic American brand has succumb to corporate greed at the expense of the customer experience.

This was only my second visit to this Dunkin'. Its a very clean store that's decorated for the Holidays! The girls at the counter were very kind and helpful and got my order to me quickly. I absolutely love the Chai! My family And coworkers love all the donuts I bring home for them! Thanks '!
