We waited for over 30 minutes for our drinks. No one answered at the drive thru, so we had to pull to the window to order. When we got to the window, we noticed one of the workers in the lobby hanging out with her boyfriend with her headset on. When we got our frozen drinks, they were half full and my cabana colada had no garnishes on it. Not worth the wait and a waste of money.

Generally poor service. I like to tip servers out of appreciation but feel inclined to stop tipping here. You can sit in line for extended time when there are only a few cars, or order curbside but still have to go inside and then watch them start your order that you entered online 15 minutes ago. They should tip me.

Drink was ok but I bought 3 sugar cookies and they were pretty hard at this location. I would save your money and buy at another location for fresh cookies. I personally like swigs cookies better even when fizz is fresh.
Worker was very rude, which sucked I stopped here because I was having a bad day. And since when is a 24 oz soda $5? I remember getting a 32 oz monster for $5 Probably won’t come back

First time ever coming here and from out of town. Decided not to go through the drive through so i wouldn't hold up the line. As me and my family were walking up the girl inside ran up to the door and locked it. The hours on the door said the lobby should be open. That doesn't look good for your company. But for that I will not be coming to this location ever again. Why should I give my business to a company that will just lock out their customers out.
