Over priced.$6 for a Ala cart tomale.🫤

Very clean restaurant. Friendly service. Food was lackluster. It’s not traditional Spanish rice which was disappointing. Taco shells are just generic hard shell corn nothing special. I ordered the senor don chimichanga which was supposed to have the chili verde but came out with the red sauce. I believe this was from the waitress trying to memorize the order instead of writing it down. It was still delicious with the shredded beef but rice was meh and water tasted off. Chips and salsa was delicious.

Awesome family owned Mexican restaurant. Staff was super friendly and our food arrived very fast. You get a big portion compared to what you pay for, and it’s good quality Tex-mex style stuff. These guys are struggling with inflation and tariffs affecting their business at the moment, so please go support them!

The staff here is not very welcoming and seems to despise delivery drivers. I walked in and spoke with one of the employees. She did her best to rush me out of the restaurant and forced me to wait in the drive thru for a takeout order. after waiting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes on what she stated would be a short wait I came back inside due to the long wait and the 95 degree weather. The second hostess was rude and annoyed that I sat down to wait till the order was ready. I politely stated that the wait had been long and that it was hot outside and fuel is not cheap. She suggested that I go back out and wait in the drive thru with my car off in the current heat. I politely told her I would wait inside till the food was done and she begrudgingly allowed me to. I have not had this issue with any of the other Javier's locations in the area and if this specific one does not want delivery drivers to come to their location they should remove their restaurant from all delivery services. I truly hope they do not treat their regular patrons with such disdain and disrespect. I would not recommend coming here or ordering from here.

I met a great friend here for lunch!! I asked if the Owner Javier was there? They said Yes!! It was sooo good to see him!! The food & the atmosphere was perfect!! Love this place!!

I came here for the first time with a large crowd of about 20 people. The staff were professional and very on top of things. They did such a great job serving us and were very friendly!!! 5 stars to the ladies who took care of such a large group! We were seated on time, well attended to, and food came out quickly and was served hot. The atmosphere was fun and I loved the decor. Unfortunately the food was lack-luster. I got two enchiladas, one cheese and one with chicken, and it wasn’t very impressive. It didn’t really do it for me but I’ve heard other people say they really liked it so I guess it’s up to what tastes you’re looking for? I just didn’t care for anything on my plate— rice, beans, enchiladas, sauce, cheese,— none of it hit right. Thought it was a bit over priced as well. It just didn’t stack up to El Matador in Bountiful or Bella’s in Pleasant View as far as the menu goes. Overall not a bad experience though and our group had a great time. :)
