They didn't even ask what size sandwich we wanted and ended up charging us 50 bucks. Also, their sign is very messed up. You shouldn't advertise about doing a better job if you're that desperate. Be nicer to your customers and learn to ask about sandwich sizes, not about doing a better job. And actially hire decent people that are nice and show better custermor service aslo nonoe of the emplyees were wearing beard or harnets not okay wont be coming back.

Honestly, Jimmy John’s has been a huge disappointment. They almost never get my order right — and we’re talking about a pretty basic sandwich. It shouldn’t be that hard, yet somehow it always is.
Upper management is just as bad. They don’t take customer requests seriously, and it’s clear they don’t expect their employees to, either. If you have any kind of special request, don’t bother — it won’t be handled.

15 dollars for a sandwich is wild... id rather go to firehouse subs and pay that for a sandwich double that size witb more meat and veg.
It took over 10 minutes to make my one sandwich with maybe 1 other customer in the place. Jimmy John's definition of a sandwich is a wad of meat stuffed into bread and inundated in too much oil with a smattering of veggies. There are so many more good sandwich places than eating here. Many that are owned and operated without a faceless corporation dictating their quality.

At the Jimmy John's in Ogden on Riverdale road, worse service ever!! And I love Jimmy John's but this location sucks! Went inside to put my order in waiting for over 5 min before I was even acknowledged 3 people, 1 building sandwiches finally some girl came over to take my order. When I got there it 2:12 pm by the time I got my food it was almost 2:35 pm. When they made my food the guy literally chucked it up on the counter and called out my food and walked away. Will never come back to this place EVER !! The worst service. So happy I wasn't paying for a delivery. If you have all the time in the world and could care less of customer service then this is your place! And the screwed up my order too!! So pissed ??

The girl that took our order, logged in as Todd, managed to mess up our order, then seemed offended when we returned to get it corrected. We got home and discovered she yet again gave us the wrong sandwiches, even when the receipt showed exactly what we had ordered. First mistake wasn’t an issue, but the attitude and resulting 2nd incorrect order were. And it wasn’t even busy, just an employee that appeared to not pay attention in the slightest. Double check your orders before leaving!
