I stood at the front desk for 27 minutes waiting for my food employee looked at me but none came even when I asked if my order was ready which it was base on the tv. No one came until someone who just clocked in and asked food was cold. I've worked for mcdonalds for 8 years never have I experienced this bad of customer service from managers and employees. They need to remember they have customers inside and not just drive thru.

If I could give them cero stars I would do it last night around 8 o'clock I ordered two meals when I got home I only had one fries I came back so they could give it to me and they wanted to charge me when I told them that they forgot to put it in my meal two despots and rude managers one Asian and another white didn't give them to me and one talks to the other starting to say things to each other about me as if I were lying, the truth is not so much because of the fries but the way they treat people as if one was worthless unfortunately the owners will never do anything about it because otherwise those two women wouldn't be working there

They either get the order wrong and then gives the customer attitude for their mistake. Not sure why the app changes from day to day where you can order an apple pie one day and then the next day they only give you the option to get one Apple and one holiday pie so you have to purchase 2 when that’s not what we want, we want to order just 1 like we did the day prior.
You can see that management doesn’t care because they respond to the reviews with a copy and paste response for every single review.
For those who get flies in the food or any other dead insect, don’t complain here because nothing will ever be done to fix the issue. Call the Utah health department and then maybe corporate will see this location needs an entire overhaul with training and new employees.

There is spanish lady at this location with really really bad attitude Arond 6 pm we told her we go the wrong order she go mad and it not the first time this store is closer where we live thats the reason we keep going to get food for my kids when i go home my food was wrong twice same day work in a fast food restaurant it is no easy this person need a different job i dont want and money back may be better service

My drink was more ice than drink, no napkins were in the bag (drive thru). My husband went in to see about topping off my drink, since two swallows had it down to half it was a medium drink, he was basically ignored.

Pulled up to the second drive through lane and watched as 3 cars that got there after me order before I got to. Someone told me “one second” then proceeded to help the 2 cars that got there after me. Had to shout hello twice before a different employee helped me. I would have left if I hadn’t already placed a mobile order. What’s the point of having two drive through lanes if you’re only going to serve one. At least the fries were fresh.

Don’t get the McDonaldland meal! Just a marketing scheme. Way over priced and it’s like there quarter pounder is the same size as the double cheeseburger complete rip off!! Shake was good tho! Your better off buying the shake by itself

AGAPI Gifts

Ordered a snack wrap and the woman working the drive-thru window asked if I wanted it in a meal. I said “no just the sandwich”. She then tells me “Well it's a wrap not a sandwich.” Do you think I really care about whether or not it's a sandwich? I'm hungry, I don't care about the lingo. Needless to say, I drove off and won't be back.
