The staff at this location is by far the best staff at any McDonald's I've been to. They are always friendly and provide great service. The food is always fresh (as fresh as a McDonald's can be). If I'm getting something from McDonald's, I'll usually go out of my way to go to this location because the staff does such a great job.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience today. I ordered 35 waters and waited over 20 minutes without receiving a single one. During that time, there was no communication or update whatsoever. I eventually went up to the front to ask for assistance, and despite standing there, no one acknowledged me or came to help.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that this is not a one-time issue. This same lack of urgency, communication, and basic customer service seems to happen every time I come here. I plan my time around these orders, and repeatedly being ignored is unacceptable.
Waiting that long for a simple order, especially without any acknowledgment, shows a serious breakdown in service. I expect much better, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this experience was a complete waste of time.

Many years ago, I was homeless. I would come in and spend 1 dollar on a coffee and they would let me stay warm as long as I needed. There where times I didn't spend any money and I never got kicked out. You have no idea how helpful a phone charge and a warm place to thaw is when your homeless in the winter. I appreciate your help in getting me back on my feet. Thank you

I come here more often than I should on my way to work because it's convenient. The ladies in the Drive-Thru are always very friendly and the food always tastes fresh. I took the kids out for breakfast yesterday morning and we had a pleasant experience. The food was great and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean and organized. This is probably the best McDonald's in Utah. And I've been to a lot of them. Kudos to the staff and management.
