Me and my gf come to this McDonald a lot and we love these guys. but tonight they didn’t do the best, we ordered a MCcrispy deluxe but were given a normal chicken sandwich. The man at the first window didn’t give or ask if I wanted my receipt. So unfortunately I can’t show proof other then the food this is nothing big but something the general manager should keep an eye on. But thank u McDonald’s and your team keep up on the good work I know you guys can do.

This is a resignation letter from an employee. Perhaps this might provide insight into what a proper review should be at this location 😊
As of today I am informing you in writing that I now work for someone else's company. There's several reasons I have chosen to go this route.
1.I have witnessed floor management steal food in order to bring it home to their boyfriends/girlfriends. They have then treated staff with hypocrisy. 2. I have had to endure watching the GM hire friends and family(emphasis on friends), only to see these friends and family get the precious hours that others should have received. 3.I have witnessed theft in the form of fraudulent refunds, duplicate orders, and even taking from the RMDHC in order to balance the til at the end of the shift. 4. Lastly, and most importantly, I was treated with yelling, broken promises about scheduling, and other indecent behavior that no one should have to put up with, especially from management.
Thank you for receiving this email. If the courtesy of a two week notice was deserved, I would have obliged. However, I deserve more as the one who does the work, and have decided that other companies, whom are competition to you, have more to offer than McDonald's at Crosspointe.

My son in "Florida told me to try the new Chicken Big Mac. So I did ordered at drive up window. I got home and this sandwich was a mess,,,,, Thrown together like an employee who just got fired……lettuce all over and the buns weren’t even on the sandwich, etc. I’m serious, a real mess. If you are trying to compete with Chick Fel lay …you are way off at least your inside people don’t give a damn. Very disappointed. 5700 Harrison

I needed help just to have 3 different employees, 1 manager look over and decide they didn't feel like it. The kiosk glitching, no one to take orders. Save yourself the trouble and just skip this one. They don't want your business.

I ordered Three double cheeseburgers, plain one of them tasted like pickles and I called and they refuse to give me a refund because I was through DoorDash even though I ordered through their app Terrible customer service And the person I spoke on the phone was very rude and unprofessional

The last four times, we've had McDonald's (which isn't often and one was in a different state ) the food has tasted like straight up chemicals. I know it's processed, but ease up on the formaldehyde.

Easy ordering experience and the food is delivered to your table once it's ready. This location has an excellent indoor American Ninja inspired, multilevel Rube-Goldberg-esque child-sized deluxe hamster cage style playset made up of cleverly constructed obstacles and activities that kids will absolutely LOVE. If you have kids in tow and the time to let them play for a bit, take them to this location and tell them I suggested it and make sure to have them thank me in absentia.
Parking: There is plenty of parking immediately in front of the McDonald's and it's located in a strip mall so there is also an ocean's worth of available parking spots within walking distance.
Kid-friendliness: Read my review (supra) about the indoor playground. It's the kid-friendliest McDonald's I've ever seen IRL. Granted I don't get out very much, but I can only speak based on experience. Don't judge.
