It's only the second time I've had Papa Murphy's, both from this location. Your evening staff both times have been awesome! Very polite and respectful. They make great pizzas and they seem like they really like being there. Props to the management and their staff in a world where good customer service and good food is hard to find!

Food and service seem to be fine. I like that the dipping sauce comes with the meal. Workers were pleasant. One of the workers who had a lot of hair did nothing to contain it; no hair or beard net. Not cool.

This is the closest location to us so we buy pizza here often. The pizza quality has really gone down hill over the last couple of years. We keep giving them another try, they improve, so we go again. But I picked up pizza tonight and they have hit a new low. I understand that food prices are ridiculous right now, but add $1 or $2 to the price to make up for it. The pepperoni pizza that is usually loaded, had barely any pepperoni pieces on it. Little Caesars looks better than what we got tonight. Hope you don't like olives because those are few and far between as well. I had to add half a can of olives to the Murphy's Combo. And it still wasn't enough. The employees were nice, so no problems there. We have however, seen inconsistencies with how the pizzas are made. It is so hit and miss. Time to go elsewhere.

This place is awesome and the team members are amazing along with the pizza.
My only Issue is that you are required by the health department to wear either a hat or a hair net and I don’t think it’s ok for them not to be. Chances of hair being inside the pizza is more likely. That’s just not sanitary. Please, please management do something about this.

My pizza was a little complicated, but they made it perfectly!! The half and half was split nicely with just the right amount of toppings on each side. This is a great P. Murphs location and easy to get to. ?

We enjoy their pizza. Problem is, we placed an online order, only half arrived. That’s ok, mistakes happen, but when you call to see how you can get a refund for food not delivered or to get the completed order, they say they can’t help you and to contact door dash. Order was placed on papa Murphys website.I think the issue is that they package any sides in a different spot than the pizzas, so the drivers only pick up half of the order, which is what happened in my case. A system issue that maybe management should look into.

For the fourth time in a row over the last few months, I have had an order made incorrectly, or half of the order was missing when I pick up (On time, or shortly thereafter) and I'd have to wait an additional 5 to 10 minutes depending on how busy they are. I have also witnessed other customers with incorrect orders and waiting for their complete order on the days I have had to wait extra time. I will no longer support this location as 4 consecutive times in a row for recurring mistakes is extremely unprofessional!!!
