I ordered online. When I walked into the store; I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. The lady came to assist me even though she didn't have too and made sure my order was perfect. It was a really great experience and the pizza was made perfectly and delicious.

The entire order was amazingly delicious but the piece de resistancę was the cinnamon wheel! Just look at the picture.

The website is fairly easy to order ( make sure to designate no tip for ordering on line and take out) my location the pizzas are ready in about 30 minutes, I’ve always gotten the correct order no mistakes and the quality is good, my family enjoys it and baking is strait forward and easy. I bake it the last 5 min. off the tray to crisp up the crust a bit. THEY ABSOLUTELY SHOULD REMOVE THE TIP OPTION WHEN ORDERING ONLINE AND PICKING IT UP YOURSELF. You actually have to designate other to put no tip or it defaults to a 20% tip!!! FOR TAKE OUT !! ???

This use to be the go-to place to get a pizza you could take home and cook with the kids. How fun was than. Well sadly not anymore. They like many others only care about their bottom line. I am sick and tired of not being able to get what I want but being forced to get what they want to sell. First, I don’t need a large for a 1$ more. I want a medium. Your menu list several crust types do why can’t I get a thin crust on my medium pizza. I don’t want a large. Please get that through your head. People want certain things not what you force on us. Needless I am done with papa Murphy’s. They can keep their crappy large for 1$ more. The quality has gone down taste as well and they don’t care about the people just their bottom line and it is at your expense.

It's only the second time I've had Papa Murphy's, both from this location. Your evening staff both times have been awesome! Very polite and respectful. They make great pizzas and they seem like they really like being there. Props to the management and their staff in a world where good customer service and good food is hard to find!
