Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Got our order wrong. Didn't notice until it was cooked and cut into because it was a stuffed pizza. Wasn't driving 30 minutes back to the store so ended up just throwing the pizza out. They didn't deserve the tip. I hope they go out of business.

The food is great but it doesn’t matter when you place the order. They will always give it to you 25-30 minutes after it says it will be ready. And they are in no rush. They also don’t try to correct the problem.

I can't believe this is as popular as it is. The pizza was mediocre, they don't bake it for you and they don't deliver but it is more expensive than other pizza chains. I didn't think the "fresher" ingredients were so wonderful. It was my first time trying PM a few weeks ago, and I was not impressed. The staff was great though, actually really on the ball.

Vegetarian options: Gourmet vegetarian add bacon and chicken and jalapenos and olives substitute tomatoes with sun-dried tomatoes Jackson the manager at the location at 335 36th street was the best I've had in years in my opinion Jackson deserves a raise he was professional and you can tell he put love and pride in his work THANK You Jackson

Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible for wheelchairs I walk with a cane due to a broken back and had no problem going in or out and it was very impressed with the professionality of everyone that works there especially Jackson

This Papa Murphy's location is my favorite. The staff are fantastic!! Quick, efficient, and friendly. There was a time I went in on Tuesday they had a large catering order. Almost immediately, they stopped what they were doing to assist me in placing an order and got it out to just as quickly!! Thank you so much!!

I got a pizza that looked like this and asked for them to remake it. I was kind, and met with annoyance. This is my fixed pizza. Now I am no stickler, but I appreciate when my money is appreciated and I get something that has effort put into it. I am not upset, but I don’t be getting my pizza here anymore.
