We went in to this location today for lunch. We wanted flatbread and the older Hispanic woman in there was very rude, hard to understand and rudely informed us that Titan Turkey was no longer available and neither was the flatbread. She didn't give us any other options to try and in fact just stopped talking to us. We couldn't even irder anything. We went to another Subway. The service was better, but the bread was dry and the whole sandwich was completely tasteless. We will no longer be going to Subway

The only reason for 2 stars is the two young people building sandwiches who were doing a good job. When I presented my coupon the 'machine' wouldn't accept it. So there was no one in a position of authority that could override the system. I would have left both sandwiches on the counter if not for my grandson who was with me. This is the second visit in a row where the subway coupon was not acceptable. We won't be visiting this location again.

I’ll give you guys a 2 but you deserve a 1!! My husband was excited to see footlong nachos at subway and went in yesterday 4/3/25 and asked for nachos and the manager said “oh sorry, the crew last night didn’t prep our cheese sauce so it’s in the freezer still”. First of all this was later in the day so when the first shift came in and noticed the cheese wasn’t prepped, why the heck didn’t they prep it!!! Poor management! So today 4/4/25 he decided to try again! Well the cheese was prepped but sad to say the nachos looked like they’d been stepped on and my husband asked for olives and lettuce and they said “sorry, no substitutions” Sorry but that’s not a substitution it’s an add on! And I don’t mind paying for add ons but when you get a sandwich you don’t charge for add ons???? Come on subway get it together!! I wish I could have downloaded a pic!

If I could give this subway a 0 star I would just walked in at 3/5/25 @ 540 pm and the short Mexican lady said she was closing because she had no customers all day and she was in a bad mood when I walked in she could of just told me I’m closed but she slammed her employee door and asked what u want “ I told her nothing now I didn’t know u we’re closed since u sign at the door says 8 pm and online. Never coming back and if u hate ur job that bad u shouldn’t work in fast food.

I'm DONE with this subway!! The management there does not care about the customer. Unless you are standing in front of the worker, holding their hand and ensuring they make the sandwich correctly. HOW HARD IS IT TO FOLLOW A MOBILE ORDER!!??
