I'm DONE with this subway!! The management there does not care about the customer. Unless you are standing in front of the worker, holding their hand and ensuring they make the sandwich correctly. HOW HARD IS IT TO FOLLOW A MOBILE ORDER!!??

I went in and ordered my sandwich and dessert and while waiting in the dining area, where other customers were eating, there was an old lady, who I assume was either the owner or general manager, sitting at a table with another employee, chewing her out. It was a very unprofessional, very uncomfortable situation for everyone there. I could tell even the other employees were embarrassed by it, but they kept doing their job. She was talking down to her employee like this is the only job in the world. To the old lady: You are going to lose your employees, then you will be stuck with no one and will be making the sandwiches yourself. There is no reason you couldn't have had a private meeting in the back office with your employee. You did not need to do it in the dining room right in front of customers. Very unprofessional and I hope you apologize to her for the way you handled the discussion with her. I am a business owner myself and would never have had that type of discussion in front of customers. Very disappointed in what I experienced here today!

Today is March 22nd. I went into subway around 7:30. I have not had subway in a really long time so I was rusty on the whole ordering process. The kind young woman in the black shirt that day, I’m not sure of her name was very patient with me and gave solid advice on what I should get for some things. Although the store didn’t have some things I wanted to order, which is my fault for coming so late I was given alternatives and didn’t feel as though I was being a nuisance for my order. Whoever that was that helped me order today I thank you and keep up the good work! I hope your bosses see it too.

I went there a couple weeks ago for a grilled chicken footlong with bacon added to it but the lettuce was gross ? and really brown. Subway should really close down, they are probably making people sick bad produce.

Ordered a 6 in. turkey the cucumbers we soggy, maybe old. The bread half was hard and stale. Why is it I feel sick, & stomach ache taste like fish? There was no fish on it, very strange. I will be letting weber health department know. Did you know you can report food sickness & you should. I hadn't eaten anything else so it has to be the sandwich. Just because it was DDASH THEY SHOULDNT BE SERVING OLD FOOD. Especially when someone pays more to have it delivered.
