If you've been to one, you know what to expect, and this one did not disappoint. Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. Menu choices are the same at all of them, and we got our favorites (6 oz Dallas fillet, and roadkill chopped steak). Food was prepared properly, and timely. A good experience, as expected. Access is a bit tricky but you can get into the (largely closed) mall complex parking lot and make your way north to get a light to turn left onto Wall Ave.

For a place that's known for steak, they sure don't cook a good one. From my experience, if you order an 8oz you'll probably get closer to 4oz. Stick to appetizers and sides.

The stars (all 5) aligned perfectly! Less than 5 min wait to be seated, very friendly attentive service, the food was hot and my medium ribeye was cooked perfectly! I always love TR and try to go wherever I'm at, since I don't have one at home, and this one has been the best so far!

My sister and I went here last Saturday, 8-16-25 and enjoyed the blooming onion and 16 ounce Fort Worth Ribeye steak with house salad sides (split meal) Everything was delicious and our waitress, Miriam was sweet and provided exceptional service. We were entertained by the waitstaff line dance routine. Love the fun atmosphere! This was our second visit to TR and will continue patronizing it!

To start off we sat and waited 10+ minutes for our server to even take our drink order his excuse was he forgot our table was in his section. Second I has to tell him Multiple times what we wanted for our combo appetizer and it still came out wrong we waited almost an hour for our main course to come out then my girlfriends Mac and cheese came out and we had asked for extra cheese sauce and they just put shredded cheese on top of it and she ordered a 6oz steak and what came out was maybe 3.5 oz her toast was burnt. I ordered The chicken critters and they were very dry. We seen our server maybe 3-4 time the entire time we were there im very disappointed i really love Texas roadhouse but after this time we won't be eating there for a very long time
Lauren was literally the best server I've ever experienced🍀 she was such a vibe, she kept our drinks full, she was funny and cute - she definitely turned my social anxiety right around with her good vibes She answered every question we had with such a sweet tone ♡ she gave my child both a plastic cup and glass so she had options 🥲
I legit do not enjoy crowded spaces yet her vibes were so refreshing & chill.
The chef whom made my chicken fried steak ! You revived me back from depression with them flavors! I didn't even realize how amazing they white gravy is here ! 11/10 everything was great ♡ will be coming back 😘

Everything was pretty good unit I received my food steak was very undercooked, told the waitress she took the food back, next steak was brought out bye the manager named (Bre) she was quite rude, I asked if the steak was cook to temp, I was told it should be, so I said okay cut into the steak and it was not done as I ordered it. The steak was rare not medium or even close to temp.123 degrees is not medium. Bre was very rude and even aware if the food was correct.. I am very displeased with the actions of the said manager named Bre. I will not recommend this Texas roadhouse location if Bre is working there, unless you don't order steak or your okay with a rare steak..

I got the smothered Chicken and it was absolutely disgusting. The gravy/sauce with all the trimmings was nice enough, but the Chicken itself was a rubbery mess and honestly inedible.I know traditionally you go there for a decent steak but I fancied chicken for a change. What a mistake that was. The consistency made me feel sick. It’s the first time going to this location, but I doubt I’ll be back.
