The food was great, I did send the mashed potatoes back. They were cooled down. However, I realized that the sour cream were two big scoups. That will definitely cause the potatoes to turn cold. My waitress was AMAZING and got me a new hot bowl of hot mashed potatoes.

It's always a fun experience at the road house, the wait staff were attentive and friendly my steak was cooked just how I wanted it, the salad was fresh the rolls were warm and delicious and the beer was tasty.

Texas roadhouse has always been a great place to eat until this experience.Ordered a 8 oz new YorkTook 2 bites and that was the only meat in this steak, the rest of it was 99% fat and gristle, the baked potato was hard and under cooked. Instead of a refund, we received a complimentary starter.Probably won't be going back.

They couldn't cook the steak right the mashed potatoes had large rock hard chunks in them and what was left had an off taste I left feelings sick I was up most of the night sick. The server was not happy we didn't have cash to tip we tipped when we paid with card and he was not shy about it when he said they don't make minimum wage and only get paid in tips fine a tip was still left just not cash in the end we will never come back to this so called steak house again

It's getting out of hands how loud the music is, you literally cannot talk to the person next to you, let alone hear the server while she speaks, although they (servers) are always great, food has never been my fav but it's ok.

They had now hiring posters and now hiring on the automatic payment devices. But when my fiance and I walked in and asked to speak to the manager about the positions they said they were not hiring. because we were not of skin color, no doubt ? sad to see that racism still exist. Our waitress was good help. She deserves a raise.We were sat at a dirty table and we were only given this much Cinnamon butter.(My inside thoughts).... I should have just dined at Cheddar's!!! Like my wife said and maybe that I would have walked out in a Happy mood!....

What a scam! My daughter wanted to play a game at the kiosk on our table, I said "no, we're not paying for a stupid game." I checked it and didn't see any mention of a charge so I let her play. Sure enough, when we got our check there was a $1.99 charge. I mentioned it to our server who agreed that it was a scam but didn't offer to have the charge removed.This was a lame game that could be played for free on any phone. Please explain to me how this is anything but a scam. Sure it's only $1.99 but it's the principle. If you need the recover the cost of the device, add it to the cost of the meal, don't deceive your customers. I will not be returning to Roadhouse.

Poor service our server did even realize that we had sent our steaks back..... never once checked on us. I t was only the bussers who were taking....looks like I will continue to drive to Logan. Send their staff to train yours and even layton staff...because all those so called purple shirt corporate trainers were scrap
