Ordered 2 drinks and 2 orders of pretzel bites $22. Asked for garlic Parmesan didn’t get that and my 32 oz drink was only 3/4 full. That’s a lot to pay for 4 items and then not have it be correct. Also, why are two new girls running the store? Any decent manager should know to have a senior worker there supervising. This was at 11:30 on 11/26

4 cookies and 2 drinks took more than 20 minutes. WHERE IS THE MANAGER? WHO would leave 2 young inexperienced staff in their business? Someone came after me got their order before me. Pissed me off. They had 4 drinks and 1 cookie. Last but not the least, check out my sprinkle cookie. Three sprinkles 🤡

The two younger girls on shift today @ 1pm had a pretty nasty attitude. They ignored my friend and I, then got upset because they brought the wrong drink and then bad mouthed my friend to her friends that came in. Will not be coming back to this location :(

Wanted to get some yummy cookies. Stopped by the store at 8:15 to find the store closed. Website says they are open til 10:00pm. Very disappointed!

I hate to leave a bad review because everyone was so friendly but their chocolate chip oatmeal cookie was probably the worst I've ever had. It hardly had any chocolate chips in it and it tasted like old four. It was so bland. I have tried a couple of their other cookies but was also a little disappointed in the lack of flavor. They take a basic sugar cookie and put different flavored frostings on the cookie but it would be great if the cookie itself also had some flavor in it. For example, I got a lemon sugar cookie and was really hoping the cookie itself would have some lemon flavor but only the frosting did so it's a very slight flavor. I am a bit of a cookie snob because I love to bake and I make cookies often and these just weren't worth it in my opinion.

Every time I go to this store, I ask for my drink with NO ice. Every time I get my drink, it HAS ice. I have sensitive teeth, and it is becoming a nuisance to have to ask the workers for another cup so that I can drain my drink from the ice. The cookies are good, but this is really annoying that it happens all the time.
