Little Caesars Pizza

Hot and ready pepperoni just isn’t a thing anymore. Not sure if it is because they can get you to spend more money by buying a hot and ready meat lovers, which has been hot and ready for me, or if they just aren’t a good enough store to have pepperonis ready.

Every time I go to pick pizza on a Saturday which is often they say it’s a 30 minute wait. Who is the absent manager!!

Little Caesers is known for their hot and ready. I went through the drive thru at 4:15 pm and asked what was hot and ready. They said nothing was ready. I asked when they would have some and they said 15 to 20 minutes. I came back 45 minutes later and still nothing was hot and ready. I asked him and he said he can get an order done in 20 minutes, but they were busy with other orders. Maybe he could have clarified that before?

I had a problem with a pizza tried to get a hold of him and talk to him they told me that the manager wasn't there and that I had to call back in a couple of days to get my s*** figured out I paid for something and didn't get what I paid for and they hung up on me when I was trying to get it corrected please don't go here bunch of teenagers who don't know what they're doing talk to my wife about it and this is the last time I will be getting Little Caesars Marco's pizza's is so much better and they don't screw up been eating Little Caesars since I was a kid never again never never again screwed up too many times bud

Figured it's been a while since I've been here I'd give it another shot maybe a different crew this time around nothing hot and ready when they say that it's should be there's five cars sitting out here we're all waiting for hot and ready stuff it took a couple of minutes for somebody to even come up to the front counter and even acknowledge that I was there so yet again I'm going to recommend don't go to this location

I just pulled up in the drive through & noticed that something was hanging down and swinging back and forth. It was the bar that hangs down that tells you how many feet of clearance you have. It almost hit my car. So before I ordered, I let the girl know and she responded with it's not our problem. I then politely asked her if she could let a manager or the owner know, so that they could contact the property owner and get it fixed before it did damage to a car. A guy rudely cut me off snapping something and then barked at me for my order.

When I got to the window, he met me. I handed him a coupon and then gave him a gift card. I thought he was giving me the remaining balance of the gift card. Then he snapped at me with the same amount. When I understood that he was asking for more money, I gave him another gift card. He didn't offer a receipt, so I asked for one to verify my remaining balances. When he handed it to me, I asked if the balance would be on the receipt. He said no. I looked at the receipt and saw the balance and let him know that it was in fact on the receipt. He snapped at me to pull forward because there were other cars behind me.

I asked him what his name was. He said Alexa (maybe that's a guy and a girl's name?) He then said he was a manager. I told him I thought it was very impolite, the way he was speaking to me and he said, I really don't care.

He started shutting the window when I was explaining to him that I was just trying to be helpful before someone's car was damaged because it almost hit my car. I said I'm still speaking and he again said, "I really don't care, their other cars now move."

I told him that I was disappointed in the lack of customer service and respect. And he yelled, "I don't care," as he slammed the window shut.

I ordered at 5. There were 2 cars in the drive through. They told me that it would be 5-10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes. Went in. When i talked to someone they said that it would he a little longer. Waited a extra 10 minutes. Not worth your time.

I arrived at 5:15pm, I ordered one "hot and ready" pizza and three "hot and ready" pizza puffs, As advertised ( Hot and Ready 4 - 8pm ) I was told that it will be 15 to 20 minutes.

One customer came in after me and no other orders were going out while I way waited for 20 minutes.

Why do you advertise things that you do not actually offer.

Are they lazy, liars, or both? I stop by at 4:45pm on my way home to grab a couple of pizzas. Two employees are sitting down near the pizza prep area playing on their phones. Finally one, puts their phone down and comes to the front counter. I ask what they have for Hot and Ready and she responds one cheese pizza or wings. I ask how long for until a Pepperoni or Meat pizza would be ready and she said they were in oven and would be ready in 5 minutes. I told her I was running across the street to the Maverik to fill up and would be back in 5 minutes. When I return, they still have the cheese pizza and wings available but am told they don't have any pizzas in the oven and no other hot and ready would be available for 25-30 minutes. This Little Caesars used to be one of the better ones in the area, but the last couple of times I've been in there its been terrible. Management needs to clean house. From now on, I'll just grab a pizza from Maverik, at least they reliable and don't lie to your face.

This is the worst LC I've ever been to by far. Always unprepared for their customers, never hot n ready, closed drive through and mediocre food at best.

This location is the worst about having “hot and ready” pizzas. They never have anything ready and it’s always a 15 minute wait. I’m not sure why they advertise this. I don’t remember the last time I went here and they had something ready. I’m not sure why the owners of this location can’t do something to make this better.

Save time and don’t go here, every time we stop by to grab a pizza they tell us it’s a 20 minute wait. That’s not hot and ready. There are no other food options in the area, so it’s really frustrating.

This location is awful which is unfortunate because it's one of the 2 places to eat in South Weber. Slow service. NEVER have food "hot and ready". And if they do have some ready it looks and tastes like it's been sitting out for hours.
Upper Management needs to do something to improve this location or give up the spot to a better food company.

Everything was mediocre and that deserves 5 overall stars, cause it can't get much better at Little Ceasars, I needed to grab something quick not great, and that's always what you'll get at the orange pizza factory.

Went through the drivethrough asked for 2 crazy bread. they said they were out and could give us one cheesy bread for the price of crazy bread we said ok but we asked for 2 and immediatly got yelled at would you like the deal or not!!! 3 times in a row... verry disapointed.
