I have been to a lot of Little Caesars. This has been the worst experience by far management where the hell are you? I can't even blame the employees, unless you set them up to fail. Hot and ready? More like sit and be steady. HORRIBLE. LITTLE CAESARS WHAT ARE WE DOING?

Rolled up at 2pm and ordered a basic large pep and crazy bread, was told they didn’t have that ready and it would be 10 minutes, asked what they DID have ready, was told “uhhhh nothing” so waited, 20 minutes later was gifted cold pizza and crazy bread. Hot and ready?? Really??

There was nothing ready or available in the hot and ready at 12:05 during the lunch multiple times. They claimed it would take 10 to 12 minutes however that was a lie for one pizza. They pulled the pizza out too early making the dough soggy. Save yourself the time and trouble and go next door Burley Burger. They were quite a bit faster every time.

Awful service, they told me there was a hot n ready pizza available and then I waited for 15 minutes. Not reliable better to go to Marcos

Every time we stop in this location regardless the time of day they NEVER have pizza ready. It is Always a 15 to 20 minite Wait Every time! They Never have pizza just ready to go..

So Unless you have Plenty of time to wait Do Not stop here thinking itll be fast and ready...

I’ve been working next to this place for 2 years now. Every time we come in we have to wait for pizza. It is never ready. Just go south 2 miles and the hot n ready there all ways have pizza ready. This place should change there name to “hot n wait pizza”
Everyone in there have bad attitudes as well.

undoubtedly the worst little ceasers location in all of northern utah. if i could give them a 0 i would. placed an order with them (6/4/25)for one singular cheese pizza 2.5 hours before they closed and waited for 1.5 before driving to their location where i found they had taken it upon themselves to close more than an hour early. i walked to the window and saw that a “Torri Smith” had been the last person to clock out of shift. i truly hope this person and everyone on shift that night gets this issue figured out and i sincerely hope no one wastes their time or money at this location.

It is neither hot, nor ready. One bad experience might be a fluke, but the last 3 times I have come here they have been bad. This place survives solely on the merit of its location. Please, someone come in and open a competing pizza shop next door and put this place out of business.
