It is neither hot, nor ready. One bad experience might be a fluke, but the last 3 times I have come here they have been bad. This place survives solely on the merit of its location. Please, someone come in and open a competing pizza shop next door and put this place out of business.
This Little Caesars has definitely earned this 5 star rating. When they first came to South Weber.. ngl.. the pizza and crazy bread was not great. It was a shame because I loooove me some crazy bread.
Hooowever within the last year they have tuuuurned it around!! This location is now my favorite location. Best crazy bread ever. And the pizza is so good too! Good job, and thank you!!
Ya’ll deserve a higher rating now!! Truly. So so good!!!
Fast food can be stressful, due to fast passed environment. But does not excuse being rude to your customers.
This store is understaffed, if your hired some more employees it may help them out.
Never got my order
Worst customer service ever. Very rude!!!!
Never been here when the hot and ready was ready . Slow service mediocre pizza
Made me wait 10 minutes for my pepperoni pizza and was unwilling to add Parmesan cheese onto my pizza as an apology for making me wait for my pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready, this was at 3:26 pm so not even during rush hour.
Ordered crazy bread and when I opened the bag when I got home, there was literally 3 bread sticks. I’m shocked. So upsetting and annoying. What a waste of money.
I have been living in the area around 3 years, so I have been coming to this Little Caesar’s for about 3 years. Only reason we go here is because it’s right next to home. I have never ever once been able to drive up to the window and take home a pizza. I’m not exaggerating either. Every single time I have to go and wait in my car for 15 minutes for my pizza to be made. After making the 3 minute drive home my pizza looks like it’s been under warmer lamp for hours. Tastes like it’s old and kind of like the box it’s in. Rarely does the cheese look like it was spread fully around the pizza half the pizza often looks like it’s just sauce pizza. It’s unfortunate I am going to keep giving this company money since it’s so conveniently close to home.
Every single time we stop here it’s a 20 minute wait. They don’t ever have anything hot-n-ready which is part of their slogan. What’s the point of the drive though if you have to park and wait 20 minutes.

Hot and Ready means hot and ready to everyone except this location. If there’s going to be a wait then don’t promise speedy pizza.
When you come in and they are supposed to have hot and ready but nothing is actually cooked and hot and ready then it is false advertising.
For a drive thru, you have to wait 20 minutes. Why don't they have classic pizzas ready
I'm sad that this is the Little Caesars near me, because it is hands down the worst store Ive been to in the northern utah area.
I've gotten cold pizza, I've been told cheese pizza isn't avaliable, I've had 15 minute waits, and I've bad experiences with employees messing around. Eventually I'll learn my lesson and just drive a little further to go elsewhere.
You got your customers because of two reasons and two reasons only.
1. You’re cheap.
2. You’re Hot N Ready
You have successfully lost both of those. How is it every single time I come to your store, it’s a 25 minute wait? Even when I order online over an hour before my arrival. If you are consistently busy around lunch and 5pm-8pm why would you not have pizzas ready?? This isn’t an isolated incident. Your reviews are terrible over a lengthy period of time for this same reason. I have sympathy for the kid inside that is trying his hardest, management has completely failed this young man.
Management your patrons and your employees deserve much better!
