Now that the renovations are done this place is nice. I enjoy sitting down and enjoying my meals here. Their roast beef is always hot. You can tell they don't slice it and then let it sit and dry out. Rarely are they ever out of a menu item and their ice cream machine always works.

The cashier was sweet and nice!! The manager is a joke. I brought up that my grandsons small strawberry lemonade was nothing but ice all the way to the top so i asked if i could get a refill because it was the first time getting it and i was shocked at i was paying for ice not the drink she said that next time say little ice or no ice so i ordered a large and said no ice. Guess what they filled it to the top again with hardly no drink just ice to the top of the lid. So if you want a great experience go to the Payson Arbys..... so much better and they actually care about their customers unlike the Spanish Fork Arbys!! Make sure you get what you ask for when ordering from the Arbys in Spanish fork iif you go there. I won't be going back!!!!!!

So I go in which I don't mind because their drive through is closed. I get my food and wait not even that long so great, that's fantastic. Then I ask for 4 extra sauce packets and the lady at the counter is like I'll give you two... why is it an issue to give me 3 sauce packets per sandwich all the sudden when it used to be they would give you 30 for one sandwich? I'd get if it was an unreasonable request like 6 extra, but denying the two extra per sandwich really?! Never going to this location again. I'll spend my money somewhere they actually give you sauce.

Lovely treats! Their Reuben is fantastic! It's the only thing I get. They need to change soap in bathroom it leaves your hands spelling like the Elementary powder soap I grew up

We got a medium curly fries with a beef n cheddar sandwich with extra cheese, and two roast beef sandwiches. After eating our sandwiches- specifically the beef and cheddar tasted like oil and puke. Started to consume the fries and got nearly to the bottom and had a mouthful of fries in my mouth until I started to gag because I could taste mold. Definitely will not be coming back. I’ll spare pictures of eaten up curly fries that was spit out.
