The employees here are incredible people! Extremely kind and very funny!! The store itself is well maintained and cleaned and organized. It's truly a wonderful experience and when it's slow you get the chance to really talk to the employees and grow an amazing connection.

First time there. Used drive-thru. They got the order wrong, even after repeating it back to me. Shrimp coating was nice and crispy, but the shrimp itself was mushy. They used odd mushrooms on the burger. The onion rings were good. The best thing about the experience was the very good worker who politely and patiently answered my questions and took my order.

Their shakes are AMaZINg!!!!! I love fresh banana with Vanilla Wafer. So good. Fries are also delicious. Burgers are really good quality as well. There was just an issue with our order and some of it was cold but they gave us vouchers. They are legendary for their fry sauce.

Not open at 9:30 in the morning… trying to cut cost or something I suppose. Great food, usually good service, really stupid hours.
They have got to figure out their drive thru it’s is SO slow- if I could’ve gotten out I would’ve I sat in it with three cars ahead of me for 30 minutes

Food is acceptable. The mini corn dogs are quite delectable. My issue- I got a cookie dough shake *with extra cookie dough*, when they gave it to me it was a heath bar shake with 3 cookie dough balls on top, was pretty disappointed because they are usually great, but employees were nice so that’s a plus just didn’t discover the issue until after leaving ☹️

The cashier today September 7th 2024 he working as a shift supervisor for the 1st time! And he was so amazing 👏 It's been a few years since I have been to Artic circle and he was so helpful with me and my kiddos and so patient. He definitely needs that role full time or a raise! But he made my young kids so happy and was honestly a joy to talk to. Keep up the great work!

Disappointed with our experience tonight. We ordered our food inside and could see their order screen and our order kept going lower and lower because they were giving priority for the drive thru. They had the fries done for 15 mins before our burgers and gave them to us, cold. The food was good, but the wait was very annoying. Maybe only go drive thru?♀️
