We had MULTIPLE things wrong with the customer service aspect of our first and second visit on top of other things. Given wrong order, cooks don’t wear gloves at all even while grabbing handfuls of cheese and other ingredients, saying it’s because the grill will melt them. I don’t think they know what utensils use is. Cashier was cold and not friendly while ringing us up, charged for something we didn’t even ask for. On top of it the fries are bland, zucchini sticks were bland and the watermelon burst cone didn’t have any flavor to it. Also all of our cones got automatically put in a cup upside down. When I let them know that’s not how we ordered them, and we were charged for said cups that I again didn’t ask for, they said that was just the policy and how they were trained. Ok but then I get charged for the extra cups even though that’s not how I wanted it in the first place. I’ll most definitely not be going here anymore.

Barry’s has the best French fries and dipping sauces. Cooked to perfection and served lightly salted and hot.

Kid-friendliness: There is ample seating and kids are welcome. They have some toy machines that are popular with the kids.

Went for the first time tonight for dinner. Overpriced and under quality food. The fries were soggy. My fried chicken sandwich had old wilted shredded lettuce on it that completely ruined the entire sandwich. My bf got the western burger and gave it a 3. Giving one star for the zucchini sticks.

Best burgers in town. Their pastrami burger is the best I’ve ever had! Fries need to be well done and they are perfect. We eat here way more than is good for us!
