They are slow! The cashier said the owner doesn't like to have enough staff at one time. Took us about 14 minutes one order one cup. Set your timer next time you go after you order.

Pretty place but costumer service sucks, waiting to get helped for eight minutes, sandwich was cold and she offered to reheat it. taking back food shouldn’t be allowed when in a kitchen

Everything was great. No drive through if that is what you want. It is one of the few BNBs that do not have a drive through. Inside was big! Plenty of seating. The staff was friendly and quick. They made you felt comfortable and updated on your order. Plenty of parking but in a mall area, so lots of traffic. Great place

I highly recommend Beans and Brews in Spanish Fork! I have tried other places to get my favorit drink- chai tea and I just love their chai tea!!! The team here in Spanish Fork are super friendly and welcoming! The food also tasted great! I will be back!!!

The girls we so friendly and nice

We went through the drive-through asking for two orders and the girl working the window wouldn’t split the check nor give us other than using one card and wouldn’t split it into two orders. The drinks we got weren’t mixed and tasted wrong. We went inside and another worker helped us out without any problems.

The employees here aren’t trained well, they take forever and don’t communicate with customers. Save yourself the trouble and drive to Springville.

It was the same, as always. It does ufortunately seem to be high turn over. A lot of the time the younger employees who are typically females don't even know the menu? I do understand trIming etc can be brutal particularly where we live in Utah county. Other than that I like that I can pre order and that they are timely with coffee.
