Driving from Arizona to Idaho and we wanted to be sure to visit BRCC on our way.

This was my second visit to BRCC. The first one in Waco, TX. I came here just after the store opened at 6:00 am.

The customer service is always amazing at this location.
Today’s latte is exactly why I don’t tip before receiving my food or drink.
I ordered a latte extra hot, no foam.
Here is what I got, see picture. The temperature was luke warm, the cup was 2/3’s full of milk, the foam was way too much for “no foam”, and the cup wasn’t even full.
Don’t ask for a tip until you get the order correct.
Great coffee with discounts for first responders, military and veterans. Awesome place!
IIt doesn’t feel right to be pressured into leaving a tip, especially when it’s just for basic service. Being asked directly puts customers on the spot, and this whole ‘tipflation’ trend is getting out of hand. I want to support small businesses, but experiences like this make me think twice about coming back.
