Order at least a month ahead if not further than when you want it to ship. Sept 27th's order has yet to ship. The warehouse excuse expired 3 weeks ago. Customer service is literally non existent.

It looks like I'm not alone based on the other recent reviews.... I've been a long time supporter of BRCC. The Last 2 months I had my subscription it's taken almost an entire month to get my coffee. I message support and I get an "it is what it is" answer and "it will be better next week" - Next week and the next week and now the next week has come and gone - still nothing. I also ordered 2 t-shirts, one I got in the wrong size the other is no where to be seen - "stuck in shipping somewhere," much past the 7 to 10 day expectation. Needless to say, I canceled my subscription that I've had for YEARS and will support other local, veteran owned coffee organizations moving forward. Not sure what's going on at BRCC but the down hill track went fast. So disappointing...

Shipping / service has went down hill. Ordered sept 28th, no tracking as of yet, no courtesy email to say there would be a delay, refusing to refund my money and cancel the order.

We were visiting from California for a soccer tournament and were thrilled to discover this spot. The coffee had amazing flavor!!!! smooth, rich, and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best coffee I e ever had and I’m not just saying this because it’s an American company that believes in veterans or liberty . I am speaking truth 100% . I’ve tasted many coffees and many very good . But black rifle coffee is the best so far . I would have never thought about trying them until I seen them on hodgetwins and Brandon Tatum . This coffee has a taste like I’ve not tasted in coffee in a while and I’m proud to say I have switched from Starbucks to black rifle .

I actually got you from my local store. I got the Loyal Spirit, because I have to drink light roast and I love it. Great flavor.

I've had a subscription since March of 2023. I moved back in June, and twice (my orders for July and August) were delivered to my old address because their website doesn't work and refuses to save my new address

love their coffee. I love the dark roast coffee

their hazelnut is good also they do support charities and their vets all in all it's a good company

Love the Fur Missile flavor the most!
