Whomever was taking orders at 9:25am on 1/4/26 was extremely rude. When I ordered 2 Croissant Sandwiches she charged me full price, that’s fine, at the front I told her they are 2 for $5 and she said, “no that’s not how you ordered it” meaning I have to TELL them when I want the discount they offer. She then argued with me about people wanting to order them at full price and that’s why she doesn’t apply the discount unless she is asked. WHAT A SCAM!! Make sure to check your receipts since they hired someone who now wants to charge all items at full price unless you MENTION the discount. She then told me to wait in front of the store and slammed the window in my face after applying the discount, which I did not do and got my food at the window 2 minutes later. The attitude was so unnecessary, I miss your old employees who were always so polite when I came to order. Hiring rude staff is how people stop coming to your establishment.

This is generally the most disgusting experience I’ve had when I was ordering they didn’t seem to care about me. I saw the dude in the back touch his face with the gloves on and didn’t change them. He had long hair with no hairnet. His chain was out, touching his phone, not following proper health regulations. The lady was all right I wasn’t expecting too much. I just had a problem with the guy in the back. I ended up not eating my food and requested a refund. If you care about your health and your own kids health, I recommend other fast food, this is absolutely unacceptable. When I was leaving I saw the same dude going into his car open his trunk and search for a couple things with the same pair of gloves I didn’t make a scene. I just kindly ask for a refund and left the store, if I can get it zero stars, I would, I hated it

Food was fine ordered the kids meals for my children because they wanted those Scooby Doo toys that there supposed to come with right now but I guess they were out so they gave my kids those cardboard crowns that they have instead. They did not tell me when I was ordering that they were out of the toy and I was left very disappointed.
