Service absolutely tucked. I wasn't feeling well and so I put in a mobile order for a drink, bag of chips and a roll, yes a roll. I waited for almost an hour, I asked the kid if I could get my roll, I could grab my own drink and chips and he told me that I need to wait. For a roll? Put one in the bag and hand it to me.

We started eating quickly my wife found a dead bug in her sandwich, have a picture and video of it. Super disgusted and frustrated we spent $30 on our meals to have a bug! (I will not put the video or picture here for everyone to see)

They never put enough chicken in my salad! đ but this Zupas is much better than Orem. I just donât want to have to pay for extra chicken to get a decent amount, today I had 3 pieces of chicken in my salad.
Zupas soups warm the soulâcreamy tomato basil with a grilled cheese dipper is perfection. Salads loaded, strawberry harvest with pecans and feta pops sweet-savory. House vinaigrette light and addictive. Smoothies thick, mango berry my fave for post-workout. Line's worth it, staff layers bowls custom. Clean, bright space with self-serve toppings bar. Healthy eats that taste indulgentâpower bowls keep me full till dinner. Lunch ritual locked in.

I paid 32$ for bad strawberries and poor customer service. The Dubai chocolate covered strawberries are good, but the strawberries were definitely very very old. And the cashier spilled the Dubai chocolate all over the cup leaving it sticky and for me to clean up. This dessert is usually very good, but I was very disappointed with my visit, especially for the cost.

The food was good but the customer service was NOT! I went there for lunch with some friends and I was trying to order my food for my kids and I. I know that Zupas can be loud but I was having a hard time hearing the workers! I was able to order my food but by the time I was going to order my kids food, it got loud and I couldnât hear the employee! I ask nicely for him to repeat him self and he acted annoyed and started talking to a coworker and ignored my request for a kids meal. Once I made way forward to the soups I over heard them talking about me and how they hate customers like me. Was definitely not a great experience.

Ordered a kids meal and the portion size was so tiny. It's not even enough to fill up a kid, maybe even a toddler. The fruit cup had 5 blueberries 3 apple slices 2 grapes and a strawberry cut into tiny pieces. The cup wasn't even half full. The soup was also not full. It was icky filled about 3/4. It's not the first time we've been to this location and the portion sizes have been sorely lacking. The soup is never filled and the salads are mostly lettuce. With Zupas prices rising its disappointing to see them also skimping on ingredients at the same time.

Decent food, but most of the best menu items have been discontinued. Nothing our group that was fantastic, just pretty good.

The food quality has significantly gone down. Soups are watered down and actual food content in the soup is scarce, sandwiches only have ingredients hanging out the sides and in the corners with nothing in the middle. I get why prices increase but when the quality of food decreases it makes you not want to go back.

Not a critique of the food. Love me some tomato basil soup. But the service line experience is always hit and miss. I cant stand that I have to tell 5 different people what I ordered! Surely thereâs a better way and more efficient way Zupas. Today I just wanted soup. The soup lady was so distracted that I had to tell em 3x what I wanted. She did the same thing to the lady behind me in line. A few suggestions: Have a separate to go order fulfillment station! Cafe Rio finally got on board with this concept. You should do the same. Itâs really hard to be heard by your service team when they have 5 to go order containers in front of them and have massive distractions. Last: why is the âorder placement systemâ the top of your dessert display?? I tell the salad person, the sandwich person, and soup personâŠall of them convene the orders onto this tiny 4â stainless steel counter, only to put the burden on me again to the tell the cashier what I ordered.
