Casa Salza is just freaking awesome. The food quality is so high and so consistent. With a Cafe Rio or Costa Vida, it's like you are eating a different burrito or salad every time you go, but that's not the case here at Casa Salza. Consistency is to be found, and the salsa is fantastic. GET THE CINNAMON SUGAR SCONE THINGS. THEY ARE PHENOMENAL.

I don’t usually leave reviews but my most recent trip here was very disappointing. I have been to casa salza quite a few times and the food is always great! My most recent trip there I went through the drive-thru. When I got home I noticed my order was wrong. I called and they said they would make a new one for me! I picked it up, they apologized, I said it’s okay and thank you. As I walked out, I heard an employee say “I’m NOT sorry!” And another say “I know you’re not!” And they all kinda laughed. I wasn’t rude or yelling so I’m not sure what I did to warrant this comment. I understand mistakes are made and I simply just asked if I could have this corrected. As a customer, this was super disappointing to hear employees talk like that.

I stopped by Casa Salza in Spanish Fork for a quick lunch. I tried their quesadilla, which was filled with tender steak and very tasty. The sweet pork taquitos were yummy. The staff at Casa Salza were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend giving them a try!
So dang good! Actually leaps and bounds better than we expected! Doesn't look like much, but it packs a positive punch - we got way more and way better food for less money than at Cafe Rio or Costa Vida. That chili verde salsa is outstanding, too. Super clean inside, too. The ONLY downside was having to suffer through the eavesdropped most awkward first date we've ever seen a few tables over.

Casa Salza in Spanish Fork is a hidden treasure. It’s a block west of Main Street so it’s easy to overlook. The sweet pork flautas are ridiculously good and addictive. Their salsa is really unique and crazy delicious. You will thank yourself for trying it!
