The server when we paid with cash didn’t give us all our change back and stole 62 cents from us!! I’m very disappointed.

If I could give a 0 start for service I would. The hosts skipped our groups name multiple times and it got to point where there was no other guests waiting and they then sent a notification that our name had been taken off the waiting list. We went to talk to the host and she told us she had been calling out name for the past 30 minutes and no one was coming up to the counter…after we spoke to the manager he came and said he and started arguing with us saying they would never do that and that he thinks we were not listening for our name to be called and argued while the hosts were behind him laughing. But shoutout to meech our server for making up for the bad service in the beginning!

We like coming here as a family and having dinner. The food is ok. We like hanging out with each other the potato soup is great. Buffalo wings are gd.

It's the first time my wife and I have had dinner here. It was good food and we had a great time. It is a little noisy but not so bad, we will be back.

When I arrived I waited for my text 20 mins after my arrival time I finally went inside and waited another 10mins for an employee to acknowledge I was there. There was plenty of staff but they were all to busy on their cell phones at the bar or in the back kitchen flirting and laughing. No wonder this local never have anyone there. The staff sucks and is Very Poorly managed.
I asked one person at the bar to help me and she told me I needed to wait for my text or the Togo hostess to help me.
Finally 30mins after my pickup time slot someone (whom I would assume was the hostess) asked if I was picking up an order. I said yet and provided my name. She stepped into the kitchen and quickly returned with my food. So it appears it's been ready for awhile if it was the fast to grab. Why didn't I get a text?
When I got home I noticed I was missing a few of my side dishes and extra sauces that I paid for. My food was cold the fried items were soggy and ribs were hard and burnt. All around Bad

Seems like dine in is great but take out is hit or miss. Our recent order from last Saturday had a few meals for our 4 person family and the fries were so over salted, we couldn't eat them. We also ordered chips and salsa which is a favorite in my family usually but we got tomato puree instead of salsa. No taste, and the chips were also over salted. The ranch was watery which is usually a hit with the sticky fingers so we just used our fridge ranch.

It sounds a bit cherry picky so I won't bag the stars beyond 3. We love Chilies but with food price increase and $45 later, every side was a disappointment.

Love the food and the 3 for me. Thank ks for keeping g pricing down.

To go order was not prepared as ordered and the food was overcooked.

Angela was incredible! She took great care of us. She was attentive the entire time we were there and was so patience with our kids! She made the experience for us! Thanks Angela!
