Chili's Grill & Bar

Seems like dine in is great but take out is hit or miss. Our recent order from last Saturday had a few meals for our 4 person family and the fries were so over salted, we couldn't eat them. We also ordered chips and salsa which is a favorite in my family usually but we got tomato puree instead of salsa. No taste, and the chips were also over salted. The ranch was watery which is usually a hit with the sticky fingers so we just used our fridge ranch.

It sounds a bit cherry picky so I won't bag the stars beyond 3. We love Chilies but with food price increase and $45 later, every side was a disappointment.

Love the food and the 3 for me. Thank ks for keeping g pricing down.

To go order was not prepared as ordered and the food was overcooked.

Angela was incredible! She took great care of us. She was attentive the entire time we were there and was so patience with our kids! She made the experience for us! Thanks Angela!

We stopped by this location on Sunday 6/8-First of all the young female hostess with glasses that greeted us by opening and holding the door for us as we entered AND exit the restaurant really impressed me! I’ve been a hostess myself so this was just the cherry on top for an overall superb experience. I think our servers name is Marcus, he did a great job checking in on us often and was friendly. The food was VERY good- I had the honey chipotle chicken crispers, I was impressed with how delicious and fresh out of the kitchen everything tasted. The chefs deserve recognition for their skills, this is the first Chili’s experience I’ve ever had where I am still thinking about the food a week later! I will definitely come back in the near future! Service, atmosphere, food quality was above and beyond!

Food was good but I thought it was a bit noisy.

That was the first time I sat a bar and the bartender did not stay behind the bar doing her job, making sure that everything was met with her patrons and wrong personality for a bartender, very disappointed.

Met my wife for dinner. We waited at the check in desk for several minutes. The place wasn’t busy at all. We were ignored by at least 3 servers/ hostess people. They looked right at us. No hello, no be right with you/ nothing. We’ll go somewhere else l guess.

Amazing food. We come here often, today we got exceptional service form our waitress Kristynn. She was so kind and took great care of us. Our lunch was a wonderiful experience. We live close, and we will be back.

Food is usually good and ive never had an issue with the service. But last night we went there and two of us ordered the same thing and we both got food poisoning. Wasnt a pleasant experience. Hopefully we were the only ones with bad burgers

The employees are not very kind at all. Rude, act like we are wasting their time. The hostess (male) was rude, didn’t talk at all. Just an expected us to know everything. Didn’t ask how many of us, how we are doing, etc… food is always decent but customer service definitely needs major work!

Great deals and a varied menu. The deals where you get an appetizer and a meal are nice and there is a good selection.

Vegetarian options: There are a lot of ways to make the fajitas, pastas, and tacos vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: Pretty good. They will usually be able to accommodate most needs.

5 stars to our server who took care of us after a long night and long drive in front of us. She made us feel like we were at home.
