Amazing food. We come here often, today we got exceptional service form our waitress Kristynn. She was so kind and took great care of us. Our lunch was a wonderiful experience. We live close, and we will be back.

Food is usually good and ive never had an issue with the service. But last night we went there and two of us ordered the same thing and we both got food poisoning. Wasnt a pleasant experience. Hopefully we were the only ones with bad burgers

The employees are not very kind at all. Rude, act like we are wasting their time. The hostess (male) was rude, didn’t talk at all. Just an expected us to know everything. Didn’t ask how many of us, how we are doing, etc… food is always decent but customer service definitely needs major work!

Great deals and a varied menu. The deals where you get an appetizer and a meal are nice and there is a good selection.

5 stars to our server who took care of us after a long night and long drive in front of us. She made us feel like we were at home.

I got 90% through my burger before I bit into an entire fake nail. It was beyond disgusting. I spoke with one manager that I was supposed to hear back from and never did, and a second manager that tried to pass me off to another instead of helping me.

Do not eat here.

The meal was delicious especially the Chicken Enchilada Soup so I ordered 2 bowls for takeout when I went to pay my bill I thought I had been overcharged my bill was almost $72 which included a $11 tip. We had 2 3item lunch specials @$14.99 each, 2 drinks plus the extra 2 cups of soup. I found out from the manager the soup is almost $8.00 a cup if I had known that I would not have ordered them. I thought the cost for the soup would have been less expensive considering the 3 item lunch was only $14.99😕 The server was so kind and apologetic as he didn't realize that a cup of soup was that expensive or he would have told me. UPDATE...
.. Received an answer saying they were glad I enjoyed the meal and looking forward to me visiting again didn't mention my disappointment regarding the price of 2 small to go cups of soup @ $8 each. Chili's will never be my choice again. Poor response 😕
