It’s sad to see the reviews are so poor for this location. We always have a wonderful experience, the food is always amazing, the staff is great. Jasmine helped us tonight and she was so attentive to the customers in the store while also getting stuff done! 10/10 employee, and 10/10 food. They always load our burrito's to the max!

Got take out yesterday. Two burrito bowls. The only difference was i didn’t have the cheese sauce and my wife got food sick. Will never come to this location again.

The food here is really well done. The service is really quick as well. Even when there's a long line I usually do not have to wait very long to get through the line and get my food. I go here every so often because the food is really good and the service is great

I usually love chipotle, but this branch has some serious issues. I would say 80% of the time I’ve ordered to go, the food has been completely wrong or the portion size has been a joke. The straw that broke the camels back was that tonight, I ordered a burrito and put extra on most of the portions because I knew they always go small, and the dang thing came out looking like a toquito. Do NOT order to go. Safer to go in a demand an extra scoop when they try to rob you.

Placed a catering order online from this location for 30 people. When I went to pick it up the employees had no idea about the order and hadn't got anything ready. Had to cancel it, and rush to go find other food last minute. Had to contact the 1-800 number for a refund and never heard any follow-up explanation from the restaurant. Would not suggest this location for catering.
I have been several times for lunch and it has otherwise been decent.
We arrived at 8:45pm, this location doesn't close till 10pm and they were already running out of everything. We were being rushed through our order and the servers were so rude. We spent almost $70 on 4 meals and the employees acted llike they were doing us a favor. Didn't listen to anything we were saying. Our food was cold, barely any meat added to our bowls and the taste was horrible. All the tables were dirty, all trash cans were full, out of napkins and Augas Frescas had already been taken out. Not at all up to Chipotle standards. Not worth all the money spent to eat out if the service is terrible.
