I ordered the Oreo cake for my daughter's 7th birthday. It looks beautiful but it tastes pretty awful. The ice cream portion didn't taste like cookies and cream. It tasted cold. And the cake just tasted weirdly bitter and was extremely dry. Out of the 12 little girls here, only one ate more than one bite

Disappointed. We went to get icecream as a small date, and when we got there it seemed welcoming. But they had very few icecream flavors and didn't seem to know which ones were what icecreams. They didnt have any of the holiday or special flavor/options. It also didn't seem very sanitary/clean. When we got our Icecream it was not what we had ordered, it was infact a different icecream same color. They didn't mix in properly so we had massive chunks of strawberries to attempt to eat. When we called it good because we couldn't stomach it anymore, one of the icecream bottoms looked absolutely disgusting and like it was not mixed in at all.
I loved the icecream at other locations so we thought to try this location. We will not be going back.

I did an order online for our family of 4. With each tub ordered, we had our family members name on theirs. Everything was great with pickup. The ice cream was perfect. The best part was the crew member Julianne ( I think that is how it is spelled) made fun designs next to our names which was sincerely the best part. Thank you!

My young family of 5 came in 30 minutes before close the night before the fourth and it was pretty dang busy. With a long line and online orders consistently coming in the two workers (a boy and a girl) handled it all with class! They were great at their job, so nice, and so patient. Would definitely wait again for that kind of service!

Ordered and pre paid for a birthday cake on 7/2 was suppose to be ready on 7/3 by 2pm. I showed up at 430 and there was no cake. Guy behind the counter had to make a cake for me while I waited. Very nice of him to help out. I did get a cake to take home for the birthday but just traveling from spanish fork to santaquin the cake was already starting to melt and collapse in the container. Not happy with the way it was handled but very appreciated of the guy to tried to make something out of nothing.

Worst location. Out of waffle comes. Out of bananas. Every girl standing here looks incredibly grouchy. Not a great experience. Haha. How can you be mad in an ice cream shop?!

Just go to Handel’s! Hands down significantly better flavors and the staff actually get’s the order correct. Considering you tell them face to face it shouldn’t be that big of a deal.
I came in here and ordered 4 ice creams with many different kinds of ice cream orders Sammy was the one to take my order and she gave me great customer service making sure she understood everything I needed and was very patient,helpful, and pleased to help me I will definitely be going back more often !:)

My experience at Cold Stone was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in these amazing friendly girls greeted me with warm smiles and great energy. The service was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long before indulging in the most delicious dessert. It was perfectly fresh and most importantly delicious, pure dessert heaven! its the perfect spot to satisfy any sweet tooth. I’ll definitely be back for more and highly recommend it to anyone!

went in to get some icecream with my girlfriend, the girls working there were super distracted and when they went to give me my icecream, they almost hit the side of the counter with it, being oblivious and talking to each other. overall terrible service. the amount of icecream in our cups was not the standard cold stone amount so it wasn't even worth the price.
