Sat in the drive thru stuck behind a car with more cars behind me. Went in to ask what was going on, mentioned the issue to two different employees and they both just turned around and walked away. We did end up getting a discount but it was rude of them to walk away without saying anything.

Usually our experience is great at crumbl we get our order fairly quickly but when we went to this location we went through the drive thru ordered 4 cookies and first we waited 5 minutes to talk to someone for our order when we first pulled up we thought it was we closed no one greeted us until we said hello. After we paid for our cookies it took at least 15 minutes to get our cookies. They didn’t say anything about cookies needing to be cooked. If they had we wouldn’t have waited. It felt like we where the bother to the workers, they where short with us and just bad costumer service overall

We were the only ones in line for drive-through. We’re told to wait to order. Took like 4 minutes. We ordered and pulled up to the window paid for our cookies and then waited 13 minutes to receive our cookies. We only saw employees through the drive-through window like twice. Took way too long compared to any other crumble I’ve ever been to Utah or Oklahoma wise.

I get that making change for hundreds likely led you to the policy to not accept anything over 20s. But when my bill is 50+ and I'm paying with exact change you've got to be stupid to think about applying the policy in this case.

Very disappointed. We ordered a large order of cookies ($500). We gave a $90 tip. When we went to pick the cookies up the employees were rude and not helpful. They made us stand around waiting to be helped and they refused to help load the car. We won't be going back.

Such a disappointment. I spent almost $30 to have four mediocre desserts delivered to my grieving family members, paying extra for delivery, gift wrap and the works, only to have late delivery, no gift wrap, messed up desserts shaken in a box, WRONG COOKIES, and zero communication between me and delivery guy after reaching out. Will never order from this location again.
