We love culvers- best burger around. Always fresh, always made really well. The concrete mixers are AMAZING, and the cheese curds are the best around. However, always expect to wait at the drive thru! Often times they'll give you your ice cream before the rest of your food but it will melt before youre home, so pro-tip- ask for them to wait to bring you your ice cream until the rest of your food comes out.

We have been to many Culver's in many states around the country. Spanish Forks is one of the best. The manager (I'm sorry we didn't get his name) was gracious, industrious and friendly. He even brought us another Turtle Sundae when our first two were brought out before our meals and melted before we could eat them (we hadn't said anything or complained). We rarely travel down I-15, but we will definitely stop again.

First time going today. Employees were very welcoming & nice. We got a bacon double burger & spicy chicken sandwich. Was disappointed the sauces were extra. The chicken sandwich was pretty good, but I still prefer chic fil a. The burger on the other hand was delicious, better than In N Out. So I’ll be returning for the burger. My go to burger place for now on

First, we were overcharged... by the manager no less... My wife and I grew up in Wisconsin and are very familiar with the quality of Culver's food. Both of our burgers tasted awful - like it was old meat. I know that Culver's prides themselves on their management training. This location definitely needs attention from the Culver's home office.

Currently, I find myself confronting a rather unfortunate culinary reality: a cheeseburger that has long since relinquished any claim to warmth, accompanied by onion rings whose crispness has tragically succumbed to the chill, each bite a stark reminder of a decision poorly made. A powerful wave of regret washes over me, the kind that only arises when you realize you ignored a perfectly good instinct. I'm now acutely aware that I absolutely should have followed my gut and headed straight to Chick-fil-A even though I had already paid. This painful realization is amplified by the memory of the preceding 25 minutes spent idling in a painfully slow queue, where I observed three cars take food orders after me and receive there orders before me. My commitment to that agonizing line now feels like a profound misjudgment, especially when picturing the superior outcome I so foolishly bypassed .

I like Culvers. Food always tastes great. My complaint lies in that for some reason this particular Culvers always forgets my fries with my meal. It's happened multiple times this year.

We go to the drive thru after doctor appointments so we are in a hurry to get the 2 hour drive home over. We don't go inside but I am sure it has great aosphere.

I was planning to bring a busload of about 50 people to this restaurant after a sporting event, but decided against it after seeing that they charge extra for fry sauce. If you’re going to charge for something so basic, it would make more sense to slightly increase menu prices instead of nickel-and-diming customers over fry sauce. It definitely influenced my decision to take our business elsewhere.

Last time we ordered curdside on the app and came here we ended up waiting for 40 minutes for our food. We eventually had to go in to see if they were even making the food in the first place. Unfortunate, but it happens.
Well, after a few weeks we tried again, figuring that it was just a fluke, but it happened again. We waited for 33 minutes to get our food. Mind you, we confirmed we arrived on time the second we got there, so there shouldn't have been an issue with that. Once they finally showed up with the food there wasn't a word about why it was such a long wait or an apology.
At the very least we'd like some communication so we're not sitting there waiting for half an hour wondering if our order is even being made.
