Absolutely love the quality of food at this place. We used to come all the time for the $2 day. I haven't seen it recently. We still come for the butter burgers. This is top 3 places for me.

I went on a weeknight, late. I only ordered fries and cheese sauce. It took over 30 minutes and I had to call the store to ask why 3 cars with big orders were before me. Still took an additional 8 minutes. Worst service I experienced! I am from the midwest were Culvers came from, its too bad it is losing its touch. Why charge for ranch or fry sauce? Why not charge for ketchup too? Makes no sense. Wild!

The restaurant was very clean and empty. We were basically the only ones in the restaurant at 5pm but it still took almost 15 minutes to get our food. We got 2 burgers and a side of cheese curds. The burger was fine, nothing special but still had flavor. The cheese curds were very very disappointing. They were just barely warm when we got them and the cheese wasn't even melted in any of them. The workers were very friendly.
