Ah the scrimmage, as I slurp up the noodles with content. The image returns , it scuffs my veins. My blood bloods and shivers, the swirls of the noodles as I see his figure of his head on the bowl. The man declares my existence not needed. On another note the food here is delicious! 10/10 would recommend.

The service here was great. The gentleman with the ponytail was very kind and accommodating. The food was really excellent. We didn't understand that the corn dog was actually a giant hunk of fried cheese, but good golly it was delicious. We were disappointed that the $3 side of kimchi came in two tiny to-go sauce containers- not very good bang for buck there, and i was disappointed to realize later that we didn't get our mandoo, nor was one of the sauces on the side as requested. Nonetheless, two corn dogs and two combo bops was more than enough to feed our two adults and four young children.

We loved the food the first time so much that driving 45 minutes to come again didn't bother us at all.

This used to be our favorite Cupbop and we would come here almost every week, but for the last few months every time we go there we come home and have a problem.
I ordered the combo bop with no rice and extra noodles and there are barely noodles in the bowl (photo of the other bowl with the exact same order is included for reference)
I hate to drop $30-50 to have to beg for consistency. At this point we’d rather drive to Orem so it’s at least worth the money.

Is your fried chicken not cooked to order. 4pm on a Monday, I am the only customer there and my chicken was dry and chewy. She did not cook it fresh just pulled it from one of your bins. I was excited to get a good meal and you failed me this time.

Sales associates were kind and helpful for first time customers! We love all the fun snacks you can add to your meal. Food was delicious and we will be coming back!
