After waiting for 40 minutes for my food I finally spoke to a worker. Apparently, they had lost our order in the mess of their receipts. I should’ve gotten my money back at this point. No one seems to be in charge and horrible customer service.

I’m a typical customer at cupbop, but my last experience has me not looking to return. I bought 4 bowls for my family and I. After getting home, I was dismayed to find out the rice wasn’t fully cooked, it was hard and crunchy. We ate the meat and the noodles and had to throw the rest out. Super disappointed.😔

The food is good, I'll give them that, but the service at this location is beans.

If there are more than 4 customers in there, it's like the staff forgets how to function properly, and it just turns into a shiz show. The tables are always dirty. Also, the last 3 times my wife and I have been there, I've had to wipe off the table before we sit down because of all the leftover scraps from the previous customers.

Usually this place is so good, today’s was not awesome. Rice was really undercooked, didn’t get good portions.

Typically it takes 5-10 minutes to get food, today it took over 25.

Hoping it gets better next time.

The service was slow (it was not busy at the time), it took a long time to get our food. I noticed some of the employees were not washing their hands in between touching raw foods and making orders. The employees were not wearing gloves either. The noodles were not fully cooked either.

Very poor serving size. Horrible value for the price. Good flavor just feel ripped off. I’ll skip here and go back to Mo’Bettahs or even Panda Express.

I've loved Cup Bop for a decade, but I think I might be done with this location. The workers didn't really acknowledge us for over 5 minutes when we came in (there was one person in the store waiting for an order, it was not busy at all), then we were told to use their kiosk to order. It took us so much longer to order. Then after the poor experience where we did everything ourselves, the system asked us if we wanted to give a tip. It's terrible. The customer after us walked out after waiting to be helped then being told to order on the kiosk. After 3 minutes, he was done and bolted.

I came when they first opened and wasn't fully impressed. We decided to try them again and were so glad we did! Brooke greeted me in the door and was an absolute delight. She was personable, sweet, and everything I love when I walk into a place. The food came out quickly and was tasty! I will be back because of that. Thank you, Brooke!
