Worker guy in the drive thru with the glasses charged me for an extra $9 burrito when I explicitly asked for just one, and I politely asked for a refund for a lousy burrito and he argued with me saying that he already made it, & saying I should’ve said something when he was mumbling my order back to me in the drive thru. He practically forced me to just take it and didn’t even attempt to fix this minor problem. He was very impolite and rude. I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt so disrespected, I was just trying to get food for my dad and brothers and I left feeling robbed. It just felt very intentional to grab an extra buck from a customer, and I’ve heard other complaints about this worker from my dad and colleagues. He should be fired. I hope you’re reading this bro, just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean you can pull this on me and I won’t say anything.

Estimated time for order to be ready said 5 minutes i get there and they proceed to take over 20 minutes no greeting no update but are able to take 6 different orders and get them out before I'm even acknowledged and when asked about my order i get a little mumble and the employee walks away, I've worked in food service my whole life i know it gets stressful but that was such crappy service i wouldn't care if i had to wait 40 minutes a simple eta goes a long way

I was very disappointed in our visit yesterday. We decided to dine in, which we never do. They now have self service ordering systems. Which in theory should be better, the only problem is that I brought coupons with me to use. I was having difficulty adding the coupons to my order and when I called an employee over to help me add the coupons, she tried to find a place on the new self check out and then told me she was sorry and didn’t know how to add the coupons that way. She said they weren’t trained how to do that. She didn’t offer to ring me up on their cash register so I could use my coupons. How ridiculous!

It took the ladies working there a few minutes to realize that she forgot our shakes but when she realized she apologized and gave us larger sizes, give that woman a raise
The staff is friendly, the food is always good and the atmosphere is great! And if you go early in the day they are ready for you.

Actually crazy how I pulled up to the drive thru during open hour times no one greeted me no one took my order, I honked no one came even though someone was right there facing away from me, someone even saw me? So bizarre never have had this happen before love the food but this has me questioning whether to come again

Their tacos are served with 1/3 the amount of other locations. I feel like people making them are eating the rest of the fillings by not putting them in the tacos I order. Really bad experience when you are hungry.
