We had to wait 30 minutes for two ice creams. People who ordered after us got their food before us.Updates: We actually ordered three ice-cream for a total of 82 cents, and I’m glad that I didn’t tip otherwise I would have asked for a tip refund. Poor service yet still asking for a tip? I’m actually surprised that you didn’t feel bad about asking for tip after providing such a service. ??“Thanks for the experience.”However, the food and atmosphere were great.
Wow they are stingy and missed allot on our orders and if you buy meals you still have to pay for water cups. On top of that that was after they didn’t have dr pepper they still charges us for the water no it wasn’t cool and really small orders of fries don’t expect allot of them the only good part is the burger was good but that’s it.
I give it a 3.5. This place is huge! Not quite sure what all the room in this place is for. The floors were stickier than a movie theaters. Strange atmosphere. Let's talk about the food. The meat on the burger was delicious. The bun was crumbly and not good, seems like it was thawed out that morning. Their fries were outstanding! Some of the best in Utah county, crispy and delicious. The fry sauce was quite onion-y, pretty strong. And let's talk about refills on drinks, it's 2023, give the folks free drink refills. All in all this place was not terrible, but not sure it's a place I would crave.
Great concept, horrible execution. Staff is not attentive. There are literally 4 burger options (variations of cheese and bacon, like that's it). Apparently the pictures online of the pastrami burger no longer exist there. All the buegers over priced and really dry. Bowling was fun. Arcades are fun. Glad we went but will never go back.
The restaurant was nearly empty when we went. No lineWe were surprised by how expensive it was, but I do admit the burgers were big and tasty. However I am price sensitive so will probably not go back. There are cheaper alternatives that are good enough.
I took my family to Doc Brundy's when it first opened in Spanish Fork, years ago. The food was terrible - mostly microwave and frozen fare - one man band was better. That has all changed. They claim to have the best burger in SF, and they're not wrong. Now better than 5 guys - way better. The burgers are amazing and the fries are hot and crispy. I also appreciate how they haven't bought into the "I deserve a tip just for being here" culture that everyone else seems to have - even though they actually do provide some table service. Bravo, Doc Brundy's!
This place is amazing. Although the staff was young, they were professional and timely. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is incredible... it is clean, wholesome, well lit and plenty of space for everyone, very appropriate for my children. I had no idea they had a bowling alley or an arcade... we came in the last hour and didn't have time to play any games, but will definitely be back to do so! The burgers taste so fresh and their fries are the best I've ever had in Utah, the prices were fair for the quality, only feedback I can give is, please include the beverage with the meal option. However, definitely worth every penny for the quality and freshness and we will be back! This place is definitely a hidden gem and I'm so glad we found it!
Had a great time here with my young nephew. Food was great. Hamburgers so big/tall & so yummy. Duck pin bowling was fun.. the smaller ball is easier for little hands. Lots of pinball games!
Had a nice burger and amazing fries. Kaia was super friendly and took the time to answer our questions. A fun night with some tasty food and something different than the usual "Utah County" activities. Was a fun date night idea as well.
I visited after getting a free burger coupon along with some of my family! I got the bacon over bacon burger which was so good. Bacon, jalapeños, onions, more bacon. All the best stuff. My dad’s bottom bun was hard, maybe stale or burnt? But his was the only one that had an issue. The fries are different, they’re almost like chips. I wasn’t a fan and found them to be too crunchy and empty however the dipping sauce that came with them was really good. My husband did really like the fries, it’s a preference thing.Afterwards, we played a few games in the arcade. Most of these are older, pinball machines which is great for some. For me, I loved the four player Pac-Man game and the hockey game. We played hockey several times because it was so much fun to play and to watch! We did not do the bowling however do plan on returning again to it out!

I was disappointed by the lack of a menu and overall cost of the food. You hardly get any food and all they have is burgers for a premium. I'll go down the street and eat at Glades for cheaper and about the same quality burger. This place has so much potential and I fear that management/owners have neglected its ability to appeal to new customers. At first I thought maybe the pandemic had an effect when they closed their doors, but now I'm thinking it is poorly managed/owned. 2 stars because the duck pin bowling was something I hadn't tried before this visit and it was fun to try (but I prefer regular bowling).
Nice Hamburger and games joint in downtown Spanish Fork. Simple but tasty hamburger menu in a nicely decorated locale.Bowling and arcade games available as well. The staff was also very friendly and helpful
This place is awesome!!! Best burgers I have had in Utah by taste and size! Plus bowling and a huge arcade room, you can have fun for hours! Come here for a family or date night and you won’t be disappointed! Everything about this place is pleasing. Amazing staff!!! I highly recommend it!
I really wanted to leave a better review than this. This establishment is a shell of what it used to be. Nobody is immune to the difficulties over the past few years and Doc Brundys definitely took a hit, the humane option would be to let it go.5 menu items. With only 5 menu items I was expecting perfection especially with the price tags that are associated.Though the burger was good. It was in no way worth the 15.99 plus tax. The bun was stale and excruciatingly dry. It's whole does not equal the sum of its parts..99 cents for a refill is quite the pill to swallow as a customer where it's customary to get free refills everywhere (excluding alcoholic beverages)Their saving grace is their fries and the sauce that goes with them.On paper Doc Brundys is a great concept. For a booming city with next to no night life this restaurant has the potential. The execution of this idea is very underwhelming. At its current price point vs the quality of food you receive it is unrecommendable.
So apparently since they have reopened they have gone massively downhill. I mean I get it's hard times but downsizing your entire "menu" that was 3 pages before to literally one burger with different tiers of toppings doesn't encourage new customers or customers to come back. The burger itself is pretty decent. Probably a little overpriced still. I miss the chicken and waffles, or any chicken item for that matter. No free refills, but they are only 99 cents and it's a good sized cup, so compared to other restaurants drinks are probably cheaper. But inconvenient to get a refill. Especially since the nature of the restaurant is a longer stay with the bowling. Also no waiters/waitresses anymore. The bowling is fun as long as you can get a lane. But I'm not sure if you can even reserve it or not.Honestly the way they were before was amazing and I would go very frequently with family and friends if they brought their old menu back or even like 25% of it. That's all I want. And I leave a frank and honest review because I loved how they were before and I want them to be that good again.
Vegetarian options: None. Gluten free burger available though.
Kid-friendliness: Nice bowling area. Kid burgers are massive. But it's the only option for food.
Parking: Website has some suggestions but it's not perfect. Not a lot of close parking.
