We ordered a pretty basic order tonight—2 medium pizzas. Two toppings each. Hand tossed crusts. BASIC! Came quick but when I say they looked like a 4 year old made them, that’s what I mean. The pepperoni and jalapeño was burnt crispy and cut like a blind person went wild with a machete—not even close to equal portions or pretty in presentation. The pepperoni and sausage had approximately 4 shards of cheese on the entire thing! The meat had nothing to hang onto and all the meats went tumbling on plating. We asked for regular cheese! I wish my husband wasn’t hangry and ripped into them before I could snap a pic so that’s on me. But judging by the measly 3.3 star rating, It apparently doesn’t matter to them anyway. Times are hard and everything is expensive. Try to have some quality control and give the smallest amount care to something as important as sustenance! Customers deserve it! Small thing to ask of a business!

The pizza was so thin and the crust was burnt. The crust also had no garlic butter rub which is one main reason we love Dominos pizza. Toppings were also very minimal compared to other locations. Will not be returning any time soon.

We got our order taken and we waited but they didn’t call out our order for a good 15 minutes and when they asked us what we where there for they found our order that had been sitting there the whole time

Got a loaded tot. The cheese was burnt to a black crisp. Asked the worker. He said they always come out that way. My lava cake was so over cooked the lava was like thick pudding and the edges were burnt crunchy. Got a five cheese pasta. It was not burnt like it usually is. It also did NOT have any pasta in it. I'm going to have to think twice before I get anything from there next time.

Not sure who's slacking on the quality control but come on guys, I understand the emergency pizza was free with the coupon but that's no excuse to make it horrendously 😮💨

Order got messed up on the app and they instead charged me a second time for what I tried to order originally. Wow now I hear they have turned off online orders so you can't get the promotion but one get the next free. Only dominos to NOT honor current deals by doing shady stuff like making it impossible to get.

A few weeks ago I picked up a pizza from Dominos in Spanish Fork. The car I parked next to had a Dominos warming bag on the hood and stickers of nude women on the side windows. I called and voiced my concerns with the manager and he was very condescending and basically called me a liar. I then sent an email to Dominos corporate and they never responded.
I picked up another pizza last night and the same car was there with the same stickers on the windows. I then realized why the warming bag was on the hood before, it was covering up a large lewd sticker on the hood.
I just wanted to let people know what Dominos and this manager are apparently okay exposing our children and grandchildren to, I personally am not, and in my opinion they should both be fired.
