I just wanted to shout out the employees and manager working tonight! I ordered through DoorDash and for some reason my order got lost for like 40 minutes, so I called the store and they made a fresh order and sent it to us to make up for it!

We did an online order, the app said it would be 30 mins to recieve our order. We didnt receive our order until an over an hour later. We had to keep calling the store several times over the hour before they finally picked up my phone to give us the excuse that they were hit with a rush. Even then it took over 30 minutes for the food to be delivered and it was cold. The app said my food was being prepped at 6:16 and we did not recieve it in hand until 7:40.

ordered a pacific veggie by phone 12/11. was quoted 13.00 and change. when picked up it was now 17.34. why all of a sudden does it get 4.00 dollars more expensive. ever feel you got ripped off. will be my last trip to Dominos in Spanish Fork. also the pizza was just fair. If i thought about it i should have refused it. # 230

The Spanish Fork Dominos didn't put garlic seasoning on the crust, the bread didn't taste fresh and soft either. Very disappointing purchase. I recommend going to the Payson Dominos instead, as they have never let me down on quality. Also, one of my boxes was missing the cardboard lip up properly close the box, instead of replacing the box they just blamed it on having to use a new box...

I ordered a speciality pizza with out onions due to having an allergy to onions. Luckily my husband saw the onions or I would have spent the night in the hospital due to this store’s mistake. I am currently on the phone trying to get them to make it right and they are refusing to answer the phone.

They burnt my pizza and under cooked my Parmesan bites
Came in to pick up my order last Tuesday. I paid in cash, $50 bucks was supposed to have $20 in change. The cashier purposely counted back by change and only gave back $19 and kept the other dollar in his hand and told me to have a great day.. Tips are not required. I did not tell him to keep the dollar.. I see that as incredibly rude and is technically stealing. I get pizza from this location almost every week but I probably will order my pizza from somewhere else next time. I work in the tip industry, if you would have given me the whole amount back, I actually would have given more than a dollar. By keeping $1 dollar, you cost yourself $5. Have a great day.
