Always slow but I'm willing to wait as long as my food cooked good. As so far this location as been great

Waited around for over 5 minutes while both girls in the back hid after seeing us and making eye contact. When one finally came to acknowledge us an hour before closing we were told they’re about to close and turned off grill and that they could make us cold sandwiches but generally acted like it was an inconvenience to speak to us. Will never go back.

The food is good but the recent management has been majorly disappointing. They almost never open on time. Out of my last five visits (each one almost an hour after their posted opening time of 6:45am) I have only been able to get breakfast one time due to the restaurant never being open and running on time.

Deleted our order because they claimed that they had two identical orders. They did not have the drinks on their menu. Sandwich was fine.

We frequent Gandolfo’s quite often and our sandwiches were the worst we ever had. I ordered two crews via drive thru. The lady who runs the window is always kind and nice. But when I got home and looked in my sandwich and there was little to no meat. There was one slice of bacon and half a sausage. There were 4 eggs however. It was bizarre. My husband’s sandwich was the same. For $16 for two sandwiches, I expect what I’m used to getting from the place. Sad.

Upstate sandwich at this location isn't half as good as I've had at other locations. Stick with the poppie sead kaiser roll.

It's 7:15 am on 9/15 and no one is here. Simple review is all. This place gets worse and worse every year. I have been stopping here for years. I wonder if the drive through is finally fixed. Last time I sat there for 20 mins. No sign.

The food was not at all what I was expecting. The restaurant website shows these gigantic sandwiches, like the Rockefeller Reuben. It was $10 for that sandwich, one of the most expensive items on the menu. What they gave us was a sad sandwich with very little meat.My Philly Cream Cheese Steak sandwich had good flavor, but it was very lacking on the meat. The pastrami dog was a sub roll with a hot dog in it and pastrami. It actually tasted better than the other items. They have apple beer on the soda machine, which was very unique.I wouldn't come back here. It seems like the employees are making sandwiches which don't match what management is advertising that they sell. Very misleading. The employees need to be trained on how to make the sandwiches as advertised.Parking: Plenty of parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp access into gas station is good.

Per the other reviews, the employees here are extremely rude! Gossip not stop. Attitudes galore! Make sure you tip or they will take forever to make your food. Terrible experience!

Sarah is awesome! Makes a great sandwich, has a fantastic knowledge of the menu, and is very outgoing and kind. The sandwiches are thick and well constructed, full of flavor. Mac n cheese was very creamy and delicious hubby and I agree

DON'T COME HERE! Yes... The food is good, but dealing with their customer service is not worth it! They were beyond rude and impatient while we were trying to decide what to order. Then we tried to use a completed, full punch card... And they wouldn't take it. They said it was specifically for the Provo location and then proceeded to tell us that they were closed down and so they were pointless and offered to throw them away!!!! I have 4 fully punched cards from there! I asked if this time they could just use one and then they could throw the rest of them away. They absolutely refused and were very rude about it. We finally just paid and left. We left with our food, and then we realized they only gave us a 6 inch sandwich even though we ordered a footlong. Then we had to drive back, and order and wait again. When we told them about the mix up, they just blamed it on us.Just avoid this place at all costs unless you want your day ruined!

Food is good but the service is terrible. When it takes 10 min to come to the counter and another 20 min to make a sandwich, all you hear are employees arguing in the back, it certainly makes you rethink ever coming back

I got the Brooklyn bridge served cold - bridge means bacon - very tasty turkey thin slice. This place has been closed or open only part time for a while it’s now open all day sandwich bread much better than Jimmy John’s.

I had a full punch card from the Provo Center Street location that is now closed. This punch card specified that it was also valid at some other locations in the Utah Valley including the Spanish Fork location so I drove down to Spanish fork to use my punch card I had worked for years to fill out. However, when I tried using the punch card when checking out the cashier told me the punches were not the correct shape and it was not valid even though they were all obtained validly with purchases from the Provo location which I could not return to since it closed but the punch card literally said I could used it in Spanish Fork. The cashier did not give me my punch card back and made me feel like I was trying to defraud them. This happened like 2 years ago but I still think about it whenever I see a Gandolfos and then I get suicidal.
