Got a Malibu chicken sandwich which the price was $19.08 so I thought all right well it’s gonna be a good sandwich because it’s 19 bucks. I paid for it and brought it home and it’s not worth $19 the shake was good. Other than that I think they’re only good for shakes. Good service but crappy food.

Glade’s Drive Inn is a Spanish Fork staple! The burgers are big, juicy, and packed with flavor, and their famous white sauce on fries is a must-try. Shakes are thick and come in tons of flavors. It has that classic, small-town drive-in charm that makes you want to come back again and again.

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this was awful. I ordered a double cheeseburger with mustard, mayo and ketchup, no lettuce or tomato. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich with fries. We waited 20 minutes because they gave our food to someone else. When we got home with our food, not only was my burger just a single instead of a double, the patty was so flat, like as thin as a nickel, and there was lettuce, no mustard, and the fries were all burnt. We live all the way up by the mouth of the canyon and I didn’t want to drive all the way back down and back up. My husband tried to warn me about eating here, but 100% will NEVER go here again!!!

I was excited to try this local classic, but the experience was deeply underwhelming. The main issue was the burger, which was simply not good. It was bland, the patty was forgettable, and the whole thing was a greasy disappointment. For me, the final straw was the ketchup added by default - that tells you everything you need to know about the kitchen's approach. The nostalgic vibe can't save food that misses the mark this badly.

We were excited to visit this cute little place and it certainly was busy. There was a nice shady place to sit out back. The staff was friendly but it took a long time for our order. The food was mediocre and was slighly burned. They did not have any sauces not even ketchup. The shakes were alright but nothing special.

Been going to Glades for years. Just moved back after 19 years. observed a very unsanitary thing being done by an employee tonight. Putting straws in drinks with her bare hands and touching the straws where the customer will be drinking from. Not sure I would want to have germs all over my straw. Can’t employees wear gloves to access straw or owner purchasing straws in paper? Simple solution.This is my last visit at Glades.
Yall need to chill on the mayo, my sandwich was drenched and you gave two side cups of mayo, nobody likes mayo that much, like at least throw in some fry sauce or something, or heck just make the side cups of mayo into fry sauce, kill two birds with one stone

I’m guessing the standard for burger joints around here is buried somewhere below hell itself, because this place certainly does not deserve more than one star and anyone who says otherwise must be related to staff. After waiting an HOUR we got milkshakes that were soup, ice cold food, and luke warm drinks. The milkshakes that this place is so proud of are not even made with real ice cream and leave a horrible film in your mouth. All of the burgers came out burnt and dry. Terrible service with dim-witted staff. Honestly I have nothing good to say about this place. Do not waste your $$$ here. Keep driving until you hit a fast food place that actually knows how it’s done.

This was my first and last time ever to go here!! I started off my order by telling the young girl that I had a complicated order and to please write it down. She promised me that she could memorize it but not only did she ask me 3 times again about my order but the cook also asked me once about my order. So 4 times I had to repeat my order!!! She forgot one milkshake and I reminded her at the end. I order 2 cheeseburger meals, 2 specials, and I kids meal. I also added 4 milkshakes. How much do you think this would cost? Well it was $95!! So I paid for cold food, which had to be reheated, runny milkshakes and no ice in my drinks, attitude from teenagers and a million flies!! This place sucks and had no organization!!
