DELICIOUS food! Loved the rib mac n cheese grilled cheese sandwich. Plus, the tomato soup that it comes with was so good, not just any regular soup. Affordable and good portion size.
There was only one person working there and you could tell they were new because they just read off the menu what they were supposed to put into each dish, but they all turned out great! Nothing special about the interior of the restaurant, but it felt clean. Will be back for the food!

Good was SO GOOD. The staff was friendly. I feel like portion sizes were good for what it is. Very comparable to other places who serve pasta. I had the grilled cheese Mac and cheese. My friend had the regular Mac and cheese and the chicken cordon bleu pasta bowl and all food was SO good. Along with tomato soup for all of it! This was perfect for a stormy night. Honestly this was good wholesome food for any night. Will be bringing my family here to try this place!

This is place is awesome if you’re a Mac and cheese fan! The name may have changed but the ownership did not, and they certainly haven’t missed a beat with how they take care of customers. The staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Food making is a craft and you can tell Cody (the owner) has a passion for what he does and is very good at it.
The food itself was delicious, I went a little off menu with my order but I based it off his jalapeño bowl and swapped out the bacon for rib and added bbq sauce and very much enjoyed it. His cheese sauce is consistent texture with savory rich flavor while the bbq sauce add a wonderful tang and the jalapeño slices added a nice bite that never had a chance to overpower my mouth with spice thanks to the cream cheese in this particular recipe.
I had the pleasure of talking with Cody and hearing the story of Jack’s Mac.
There were some hardships getting to the point they are at now. But you can tell, not only by the food itself, but the way he prepares it and constantly works to improve it. His enjoyment of the work and his commitment to making it a great experience overall. They do cans of soda rather than a fountain so you can enjoy whatever beverage you prefer and not just something between Coke and Pepsi. He’s not only put a lot of thought and effort into his recipes but into the customer service experience as well.
If for some reason, you don’t enjoy it your first time around I would highly encourage going back again later as he it’s always working to improve Jack’s.
Hopefully not getting too over the top with this long review, but it is great food that I enjoyed and would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

We loved this place before it rebranded ! But unfortunately after rebrand we came and service was terrible. The girl genuinely didn’t look like she wanted to be there and her service reflected on that. I asked her to get it to go 3 times and she forgot, we asked her for no meunster cheese twice, and she again forgot. We also ordered a 6$ kids Mac and cheese and this is what we got ! It was barely enough to cover the bottom so my kids were still hungry after. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be back anytime soon 😠I usually try not to complain because I know what it’s like to work in the service industry, but this was just not a good experience

Really disappointed the place isn’t open at 6:00 on a Saturday evening. No notices posted about why, nothing on their website. Food looks fun but can’t do anything if you can’t try it.
I’m not even sure if the place is still in business.
Delicious food. Definitely pricey, but every once in a while I like to splurge on it.
I drove by tonight (a Friday) at 7:45 and it was CLOSED? I looked at the last few reviews and it seems like ownership has lost their touch.

The owner made my sandwich while texting with his gloves on. He used the butt of the bread and flipped it over. To top it all off THERE WAS PAPER IN MY SANDWICH. He asked me what I wanted him to do with the sandwich..: I had to ask for a refund. Usually restaurants will offer a free meal or some compensation. It was overpriced and horrible service.
