My online order said it was going to be ready at 1pm that I ordered at 12:45pm. I waited 30 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes I asked for a refund and in the midst of the getting the refund the cashier walked away and started making someone else’s sandwich. I used my entire lunch break and had to leave. Then I tried to call the store number and the number is invalid. I am extremely disappointed. If anyone sees this please reach out so I can get my refund.

Jersey Mike’s, you have my heart… and my digestive system in a chokehold. Your sandwiches? Impeccable. Top-tier. Easily in my top three sandwich spots. The bread is soft yet sturdy, the meats are fresh, and that Mike’s Way magic is a gift from the sandwich gods. Every bite is a perfect harmony of flavor and regret.

Because here’s the thing—every time I indulge in your heavenly subs, my stomach transforms into a geological disaster zone. We’re talking molten lava, tectonic shifts, and a full-blown Mount Vesuvius reenactment. The moment I take that last bite, I know I’ve signed a contract with the underworld. I don’t know what dark alchemy goes into your ingredients, but my intestines could probably power a small city with the sheer force of what follows.

Yet, like a fool, I return. Again and again. Because the sandwiches are just that good. So, would I recommend Jersey Mike’s? Absolutely. But only if you’re prepared to face the consequences. Eat at your own risk.

I cannot believe how crazy slow this place is. The efficiency of the staff is mind boggling, there has got to be a better way to speed up the process of making sandwiches. We waited 30 minutes for one sandwich with only 7 people in line. How? How.

The free kids meals on the weekends is so clutch. Family tradition to eat there for lunch. Jersey Mikes always makes the subs.

Terrible. Ordered online, got a text that the order was ready for pick up, drove to the restaurant and waited another 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches while they prioritized people walking in the door and made their food first. I watched a worker spend 2 entire minutes spreading mayo on a bun. No sense of urgency, dirty tables, overpriced. Will not order again and I don't recommend this location whatsoever.

Phone doesn't work. Ordered to wrong store and called soon after finding out but can't get though. The line beeps as if its busy? So tired many times and never could get a hold of anyone. It was my mistake I understand if I cant get a refund but little absurd to not even be able to get a hold of someone to work it out, or at least save them time and resources to not make it.

I waited in line for 20 min and then I got to the front of the line only to watch the manager make 3 subs that were for online orders and walked around wiping counters! He didn’t say one word to me didn’t take my order nothing!!!!😡😡
I got fed up and left! I don’t have time to be treated like that !! Ridiculous!!!!!!! Horrible Service!!!!!! The literally worst Service Ever!!!!
They need to hire more employees!
