Lame experience today…I got an email saying I earned a free side. So I went in and asked about it. It wasn’t showing up on my app or on their end with my phone number but there was an email explicitly stating what I had earned and the employees wouldn’t give it to me. I don’t know why they wouldn’t just honor it if I could provide proof of the reward. ? I wish they had asked for management to override it to avoid an unhappy frequent customer!

The lettuce on our sandwiches was brown and smelled funny. It shouldn't have been used on sandwiches.
I don't understand why they offer curbside, if they don't even have curbside. My receipt clearly said curbside on it, but there were no designated spots or way of knowing if my food was done. I had a long day and I didn't want to go inside. I just saw everyone standing around talking to each other... I went in and sure enough, it was just sitting there on the counter

I order delivery from this jimmy johns quite frequently and I am very Pleased with how they treat me my food and just the service in general idk his name but dude with the beard is an absolute homie and deserves a raise or something bro is carrying the delivery game I will continue to order from

They want to laugh at me for saying the sandwich is too dry. They say that's how it is. I've been to Jimmy johns for years. Staff wanted to laugh at me for asking for a refund. Terrible service. Laughs at me for saying anything wrong with the food. Made me a new sandwich and didn't want to give a refund. I told the staff to stop laughing at me and they kept giggling. I paid my honest earned money and they don't care about anything. He kept smiling and laughing. This service is embarrassing to even be around. So disappointing and disturbing how they treat you. Can't imagine if thats how they treat your food. What joke and a circus. He wanted to keep laughing and I looked at him and told him i paid with honest money and he laughed. Spanish Fork Jimmy johns is a joke and I don't plan on going there again. Not sure why they keep laughing. I was serious and they don't care. I would not recommend anyone to go there. I almost felt like it was low key racist there too.
