The NEW DELIVERY IS VERY ANNOYING! I won’t be using the Spanish Fork location again. I would recommend the Springville location! Clean, friendly AND FREAKY FAST! Better step it up SF or you will lose all your business! Been waiting an hour for our delivery! Ridiculous!!

When I walked in an employee was sitting on the counter crossed legged, the bottom of her shoes touching where I assume people’s food gets placed. They didn’t even get off when I came in to get my food.

Did an online order for four sandwiches and one wrap. The website accepted the order and then said it had been passed on to Uber for delivery. I thought this was strange, but whatever. My order arrives more than an hour later. Not what I would call “freaky fast.” I then find that my order is missing one sandwich and the wrap. We contact Jimmy John’s and are told they can do nothing about it because the order was forwarded to Uber. Umm, I didn’t request or even approve of my order being sent to Uber. What a crazy bad customer service experience. Now I’m apparently supposed to contact Uber about an order that I never even made with them. Jimmy John’s shouldn’t have passed the buck, they should’ve made things right. Needless to say, in the future, we will give our business to one of the several Jimmy John’s competitors in the area.

Hello, I just picked up a giant sandwich from the Spanish Fork store and the manager there is absolutely horrible !!! This is the second time I’ve encountered problems with this manager so now I’ve decided to contact corporate office and also write a google review. I just ordered an Italian sandwich for my son the same Italian sandwich he always has and I ordered it from the app. I always just hit re-order and order what he likes because he has specific things he does not like on the sandwich I live in Price Utah, so it’s just easier to pre-order from the app by the memory of what we’ve ordered before and pick it up on my way through going home. I dropped the sandwich out to him and he called me and said it was toasted. I did not order it toasted. He said it really is gross toasted so I decided to call the store and asked to speak to the manager. I was very kind and explained the situation and I figured there would be no problem and she would credit a free one for next time or something for the inconvenience. Instead, she told me it was my fault that I ordered it that way and she could do nothing about it that I ordered the new Italian sub that was out and I said I did not know there was a new Italian sub and why would Jimmy John’s have two different subs named Italian ?? I feel this was possibly a mistake on my part but also a mistake by Jimmy John’s??? She refused to help. I told her this is the second time I’ve had issues with her because she was rude. The other time I had an issue with her there was an employee that was very kind was helping us at the register and she butt into the conversation while she was making sandwiches talking over him, reprimanding him in front of the whole store and all the other customers I was so embarrassed for the employee and disappointed in her because it was so unprofessional!! Question might be why she is a manager she clearly does not like her job!!

So I've been ordering from this place for years like almost 2 to 3 times a week because I can't leave work but the last few months they always forget the straws or when they asked if I want cheese and I say no they still add it and charge me or charge me and don't add it the last one is stupid my family loves their bread so much so we order four day-old bread like once a week but now they're charging the same price as fresh bread and when I asked why they said cuz the delivery fee and you only get the standard day-old bed price if you walk in so now I paid an extra $1.50 per loaf cause it was delivered Plus on the receipt there's already an additional standard $2 delivery fee so im paying paying $8. So my bill was just shy of $18 with 1 sandwich and the bread not including tip which I usually do minimum of 20%. And I'm not going to count the tip as part of this cuz it's for the driver but I feel like I'm being ripped off cuz almost half the bill is because of it has a delivery price and a delivery fee

I am so grateful to Jimmy John’s in Spanish Fork! They helped our Genola Live Nativity greatly. They have delicious subs and they care about service. Great Job!

Worst Jimmy Johns experience i have ever had! Weird that being the only one in line I was rushed to make a decision. When I asked if I could add something they got frustrated because my sandwich was already finished. I didn't even tell them the bread I wanted yet. Also when I asked if I could have apickel sandwich I got laughed at and told in a very rude manner that they didn't do those since November. 😑 I will drive to a further location so I never have to feel embarrassed and like crap from the Spanish Fork location ever again. Also I'm not sure why they would have 4 people back there all staring at me when it was not even busy.

Great unwhich but the wrap on the lettuce was weak. More like a taco rather than a wrap. Other locations have nailed it with the amount of lettuce used to make the wrap.
