Jurassic Street Tacos

Idk maybe I'm picky. The asada meat was just too tough and cut to big. I feel I shouldn't have a hard time chewing through the meat. Also as a group, we all thought our food tasted like there was fish flavor to it. 🤔

Great food. The meat was really tender.

It was nice having the entire restaurant to ourselves. Took my daughter and daughter in law out for dinner. I had the #2 combo. It came with 4 street tacos, chips and pico and a drink. I had one carne asada, two Pollo asado, one al pastor. I like you can put wjat you want on your tacos. Pickled onions, onions, cucumber, sauces.

Oh my goodness. I LOVE this place! I am very picky with going out to eat. I’m a good cook and most the time feel like when I eat out I could have made better food at home. Not in this case! My family knows that if they want to convince me to pick up food, Jurassic is the way to do it. I think today was my second time there in 2 weeks, which is unheard of for me. I HIGHLY suggest the Carnosaurus! With steak. I sub out for the flour tortilla for two corn tortillas. The Jurassic with pork is a close second. Either way, slather that puppy with their amazing ranch, and top with red onion and cucumbers. Then love life. ;)

The truth is, I am a recurring customer of this store, I have lunch here regularly and my service has always been very good. The roast beef and the pastor are my favorites in all their presentations.

Going down hill.

We’ve dined here a few times since they opened in Spanish Fork. The first few times everything was really good. But the last time we went it seemed like at least 30-40% of the steak chunks were mostly fat. I ordered the Jurassic and I had to pick out so many pieces out of my mouth that were mostly hard fat and gristle.

I don’t know why you guys can’t take more care and pay more attention to cut the fat out of the meat? Do you just not care anymore? It is disgusting and absolutely ruins the experience to bite into a hard piece of fat or gristle.

The other thing I can’t stand is how so many restaurants including this one “turn the iPad around hoping you will leave them a tip when all you have experience so far is giving them your credit card“.

I really long for the day when restaurants move away from asking for tips when all they have done is taking your order. Tip should be earned not asked for at the very beginning of the experience.

Tacos are so tasty! Plus, they give you a jurassic (pun definitely intended) amount of meat on the street tacos, unlike other places.

These were amazing tacos! You really can’t go wrong, but the Al pastor was so great! They even know it should come with pineapple! :) staff was friendly and clean environment. Would definitely recommend.
