I went through the drive thru. The person told me to place my order. So I did. Then I sat there for about 1 minute and they said again to place my order. So I placed my order again. Then they said they couldn't hear me and to place my order again. I told them I will pull up to the window (they heard that part). I plac d my order and got the smallest cup of soup. It only took me 4 legit bites to eat it and my sandwich was skimpy (turkey bacon avocado). This was the worst service and amount of food I have ever had eating here since they have opened. Extremely disappointed and dumbfounded with how it is being ran.

I loved kneaders back in the day. But their food and quality has gone down hill.
Dirty tables, floors, and bathrooms. Syrup and crumbs on all surfaces. Chicken bacon club had huge chunks of chicken which made the sandwich fall apart. The focaccia bread was stale.

Went in tonight to get a couple of desserts. There was a long line of people which didn't surprise me much being a Fri night. Went to use my rewards and it wouldn't scan. After trying a few times, the cashier got someone else who only then informed us that their system was down and so they couldn't accept any gift cards or rewards. Didn't even really provide an apology.
