I really like the food but I’m so frustrated with the last two times I came here with the promptness of their service. Last time was very slow, like wait for 25 minutes slow. Today I called ahead to order and my call was completed at 7:48, I was told to expect the order to be complete at 8:15, it’s now 8:33 and I still don’t have my order. I’ve seen people come and go since my order was supposed to be complete inside. Time is valuable and I tried to make it work here but instead I’m writing a review on my phone. Hey it’s something to do while I’m waiting I guess. They aren’t excessively busy right now.

Turkey salads we ordered had such tiny amounts of turkey. My husband's avocado salad had no avocado at all. We won't go there again.

To me it seems like the food quantity has gone down in the last couple of years. My wife used to love their salads but was disappointed last time. I guess it depends on what you get.

Has gone shockingly downhill recently. I had noticed the food quality sliding over the past year and some wrong orders, but our last visit was an experience. We ordered a steamer, a chamomile tea, and two mini cakes. I was given a cup for my tea. I went to look for tea bags and there were none out. I asked the girl who took our order and she didn't know where to find them. No one working there knew where to find them. She looked down at the pickup counter where there was a melting mango smoothie that hadn't been claimed and asked if I wanted that instead. I told her I was allergic to mango and couldn't have sugar which is why I had ordered tea. Then an employee yells out that the steamer machine is broken. So she smiles and asks if my husband will take the mango smoothie. So he gets the old smoothie and she says she will make me hot chocolate because it's all they have and I said okay just to be done even though I couldn't drink it. I go back to sit with my husband who is awkwardly sipping the melted smoothie of a man at the pickup counter who is asking where his is and we wait for the desserts and hot chocolate. Both our cake orders came on the same small disposable plate which made eating difficult across the wide table. Then my hot chocolate is sloshed down in front of me and the employee warns me the cup is soaked and sticky and tells me I can go get napkins if I want to clean it up. This was our anniversary and we go here every year because it's where we met. But the lack of management has become unbelievable.

This review is solely based on the way the managers handled a situation with a racist, abusive customer. I overheard a customer say racist slurs towards employees and management did nothing but kiss the customers rear end. I'm sorry, but the customer is not always right and those employees deserved respect and the customer deserved to be kicked out. Very disappointed. They need to learn to respect and defend their hard working employees.

I just went shopping and they didn't want to serve me at 9:40 and the sign says they close at 10 p.m. If they don't want to serve until late, change the hours.

Today they had a new girl working. She was very consciousness about getting quality food out in a timely manner. I didn't have to wait as long as I have in the past. I hope they keep her, because the Spanish Fork Kneaders really needs someone like her.

They still serve all you can eat French toast on Saturday mornings. Though maybe not the best French toast on the planet, it's a really great deal. The place is always busy, which is a good sign.

I usually crave a Berry Pecan Salad after my bi-weekly medical treatments; last time, got home to discover one teeny tiny salad dressing with my large salad, so this time, I ordered extra dressing. Got charged 50 cents, and when I opened up my salad at home—NO dressing, and cashews instead of candied pecans!! Are they not supposed to ask, instead of arbitrarily just tossing a different ingredient in there?? Twice in a row is a trend rather than a fluke.

Ordered a bread bowl online and I got this. What a joke. I called the store and they just gave a go around and never answered me.
