This was a 4 out of 5 for us, mostly because we know LongHorn can do better. Our first two visits were great. Awesome servers and really good food, so we came back expecting the same. This time our server must have been having a rough day. She was not very attentive, which happens to the best of us, but it did affect the experience. The Parmesan fries tasted a little old, though the tonions were fantastic. I just wished there was more sauce because those deserve to be dipped generously. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. It was a bit too salty for my taste and could have used more mayo to balance it out. The flavors were close, just not quite there. Overall, still a place we enjoy and will likely return to, because everyone has an off day.

Great food!!! The service was very good & the environment is quiet enough that you can talk with each other while you're eating without yelling to be able to hear each other because it's to loud & echoing throughout the entire Restaurant!!!

We came in 30 minutes before closing (something we never do) and I felt bad about coming in so late so we hurried and ordered quickly, ate quickly and paid quickly. While we were being seated i heard a waitress say something about not wanting to sit us and their table then on the way out i heard someone from the back yell something about going home. Normally I wouldn't care about this especially since we came in later, but when u spend $70 on a meal I expect a more classy service. Disappointed but the food was great.

Been to Longhorn plenty of times in the past but this was the best experience, and honestly not really that close. The food was incredible. All our steaks were cooked perfectly, and the sides and appetizers were impressive. I'm not even a big seafood guy, generally, but I had some of the best shrimp I've ever had.
Our server was excellent. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and was extremely genuine in our interactions.
If Longhorn was this good every time, I wouldn't go to any other steakhouse.

5 family members in the party. 3/5 had steaks, 2 had salads. Our waitress, Natosha, OMG!!! THE BEST! on top of her game with refills, butter,sauces,and boxes. Management keep this lady, get her cloned and this location WILL ERUPT with overcrowding. Food was rapid, entree's delicious!! Only mild issue, kitchen was out of Brussel sprouts!!

Great experience! Wonderful food. Absolutely astounding service. WAY better than gross, loud, annoying, unaccommodating, and just plain awful Texas Roadhouse 🤮.
This place REALLY knows how to serve. They are so kind and accommodate. We had a big group and were immediately seated. They simply slid a few tables together to make us comfortable and give us seating near each other.
Stupid Texas Roadhouse wanted to seat us in different spots and pull out a table so people could bump into us in the walkways.
Thank you Longhorn Steakhouse for being an awesome, family friendly, well trained, accommodating company 🙏🏼
