I was in line through the drive thru and they had two lines open then they had someone put a cone on the second drive thru without telling anyone. Many people left and I canceled my order and left as well.

We ordered food on our mobile app, but accidentally ordered it from the Spanish Fork. When we realized our mistake we called to see if we could cancel our order and get our money back. The lady on the phone said nope! And hung up the phone. So I called right back and asked to speak to the manger. The lady said she was the manager. I said don’t hang up on me again. Then I said why can’t we get a refund or cancel the order. She then actually helped and told us how to cancel. It literally took her 10 seconds to help us and answer our original question. Why would a manager hang up on a customer without even helping us? We had been driving for six hours and I was mad.

I saw workers touching eachothers butts and then touching food. I stood waiting for a long period of time with about 7 workers making eye contact and not helping me. Most of the men working there were touching eachothers faces, butts, backs, hair, etc and then touching food. Super slow serive even tho I ordered ahead. I don't reccomend this location.

I made an order through the kiosk asking for two Mcdoubles with only Onions and Mayo. The stickers on the burgers were correct, the burgers were not. After asking the employee if they could be remade they did so. After awhile my burgers returned in the condition shown in the picture. While there were onions and mayo, the ketchup was still there! I don't know how to make the instructions clearer. Very disappointing, this used to be the "good" McDonald's I'd visit to avoid the trouble I'd had at other locations.

Suppose to be open 24 hours. Doors are locked and the drive thru takes waaayyyy too long. Come on Generation Z. Pick up the pace. Didn’t your parents teach you guys how to work? These are the people demanding to have their minimum wage increased like they work in a 5 star restaurant lol.

One of the best fries I’ve ever had. Just tried the chicken Big Mac and it was really good. Service was quick. Place was clean and had a cool play place

I drive a big truck for work and can not fit in the drive through, so I went to the window to order. I knocked but they didn’t come until another car was picking up there order. When my order came out they gave me soft cold fries.
