The food is always good! I have been there many times where the service is ok. I went there for lunch today around 11:15 am and I was the only customer my entire visit. I ordered right away because I knew what I wanted. The chips and salsa and my coke came out quick. I saw my server only one other time when she brought my food. I am leaving a bad review because my drink was empty halfway through my meal and I had to ask for a coke to go. The owner and my server were near the kitchen talking to each other most of my visit. I asked the gentleman if he was the owner and he said yes. I asked him why my server didn't come to see if I needed a drink refill. He said he had to talk to her, which kept her from taking care of the customers. I responded and told him that it was very disappointing that he, as the business owner, caused a situation where there was poor customer service.

The door was meh in my opinion. It lacked flavor but I think it was way better then what was there before. The place was clean and the service was great

Good food and the service are great. I’ve been coming here for years. The atmosphere lacks. It used to be such a fun place. Old murals, bright colors. Now it is beige and bland. Very sad.

They are fraudulently taking tips. The tips don’t show on the recipe but they come out of your bank account.

Look no further. We are Arizona transplants to Utah, and we have been looking for Mexican food of the kind and quality that we were spoiled with when we lived in AZ. After nearly a decade in UT, we have found it in Erazo Mexican Restaurant. The food is so good, the menu is well rounded, and I've never had a better Horchata in my life. The owner is welcoming and kind. My wife and I enjoyed it so much that we returned just days later with our kids. So excited to make this place a regular in our rotation.

5 stars! We had a fantastic experience at Erazo Mexican Restaurant. Elizabeth, our server, was amazing—she managed multiple tables with ease and made sure everything was perfect. The food was authentic and delicious, with tender, flavorful beef that was anything but dry. Plus, the prices were great, around $10-15 per person. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Since the company has changed people. You only get 1 refill on salsa or you pay more. Drinks are .75 refills!?!? Makes getting a drink pointless.

Best chicken enchiladas around, and I come down to Spanish Fork from Orem. Estella is an amazing server too!

I love eating at Erazo's Mexican restaurant! The owner is one of the most genuinely kind and happy people to interact with. The food is delicious, I especially like the enchiladas! I've tried the chicken, pork and beef enchiladas and love all three!
The price is good too! You pay about $12 per plate of yummy food!

One of our families' favorite local restaurants in town. Food never disappoints, atmosphere is a bit bland but I am more interested in food.

Parking: Located right on main St. , it's hard to get super close at times.

Not sure why this is called Erazo as the building has no name and the menu is from the utah mexican chain Mi Rancherito. The service was cold as far as getting seated. The host seemed off put to seat us. The food was ok. The Enchilda was flavorless and the rice was overcooked but the fajitas were good. Portions are huge so good value for your buck. All told it was a decent meal just confused by the name as I've eaten at this same establishment with the exact menu in Delta and Salt Lake.
